“I placed my small order by telephone as I am not good with all technical stuff...and was helped by Louis. Very pleasant and helpful. The goods were received extremely promptly and for me, it is nice to know I can speak to a real person and not a Robot!”

“I hit the reorder button on a recent email and was sent the wrong ink ! I received ink from an old order and not from my most recent order. The ink I received was for an old printer that has been scrapped. Totally poor in my opinion.”

“I can never activate the discount codes you offer in your emails and lately the quality of ink especially black is poor. But I know it’s not my printer which is less than a year old. Makes me wonder why I bother and pay the extra £20 HP charge buts that’s life”
