“Lucy A was extremely helpful and attentive and talked me thro' all that was happening .....The matter of my "lost" parcel was soon resolved and she gave me clear instructions as to where to find it - at the Caravan Park Reception down the road from me. I have been to the Mill Caravan Park and retrieved my cartridges. The receptionist said that no one was around when the delivery was made and it was just left with the other parcels for the Park.”

“I am grateful to Lindsay for patiently & courteously listening to me today as I detailed the problem I had suddenly experienced with one of their Cartridges received in May. This was the first time I have ever had cause to contact Cartridge People with a problem with one of their cartridges supplied & I am impressed with the Customer Service I received. I now look forward to receiving the replacement cartridge Lindsay is despatching to me, to solve the problem. Thank you to Lindsay & Cartridge Shop.”

“This is the third time the cartridges for my canon MP600 have been delivered and all cartridges had the microchip missing. The returns were easy and thge credit made. I have however tried a new supplier with great success. Paul”
