“Been ordering from Cartridge Shop for years and unfortunately on my previous order I received a colour cartridge which would not work, tried to contact them and couldnt get through and no replies to my emails. Dissapointed and now considering other options as there is no support from this company. Edited: Just received a phone call from the Cartridge Shop and they have replaced the colour cartridge. Rating increased from 3 to 5*”

“I had e problem with a cartridge I had bought. I emailed about it, I received a email back asking a couple of questinons about my laptop. i rsponed and they were able to rectife the problem. thanks.”

“I had a problem with the new cartridge I had bought. I spoke to Alison and told her about my concerns, she helped me so much as I'm a OAP and not clued up on everything Technical. with Alison's help she got it resolved for me! Tanks Again.”
