“The servi e from Cartridge Shop has always been great! However they are badly let down by their choice of Evri as a delivery agent. I found my last delivery at a house at the other end of our road. So Cartridge Shop, get a new delivery partner.”

“Sadly, my entire experience was RUINED by the apalling delivery service provided by EVRI. Our house has a specific, precise post-code yet EVRI repetedly failed to make their promised communications and delivery (We made sure to be in for the various advised delivery slots). Cartridge Shop staff were completely helpful. Product excellent.”

“In a past order, one cartridge had to be replaced due to a manufacturing issue. Alison in Customer Services was provided with all the information she requested to authorise a replacement immediately. Now, you cannot ask for better customer care than that! In addition, an order I had placed arrived within 48hrs together with the replacement cartridge. First class service.”

“I've been purchasing my compatible cartridges from Cartridge Shop for many years and the service is always great. My Canon PIXMA printer has just expired on me and the replacement that I purchased which is also a Canon PIXMA takes different ink cartridges. After contacting Cartridge Shop Customer Services Gemma kindly authorised that I could return the unused cartridges to be credited to my account, allowing me to put the credit towards the purchase of compatible cartridges to fit my new printer. Thank you Gemma and thank you Cartridge Shop for great service every time.”

“Ood quality cartridges and ink. Orders are received very promptly, usually next day delivery. Returns are very easy, the only time I needed to use, due to my own error, there were no problems as the instructions are very clear.”
