“Delivery times are random, sometimes good, sometimes not so good. I bought recommended compatible cheaper printer ink some months ago which failed to be compatible. When I emailed to bring to your attention...no response ever received!”

“You do take a risk with compatible cartridges and mine for a Brother magenta was rejected. I emailled and Lucinda replied promptly, asked 2 or 3 relevant questions and a replacement cartridge is now on its way. Very quick and easy. So 5 stars for the rapid and helpful response but 4 stars overall because the cartridge failed.”

“I had a problem with a faulty black cartridge. I poke on the phone with Lucinder who went through a few corrective issues, but still found the cartridge faulty. Reporting back she immediately said that you would send a replacement cartridge which I received the next morning. Printing is mow fine Very impressed with the service and Lucinder who was very efficient and helpful to an elderly man.”

“I bought compatible cartridges for my HP Officejet Pro printer at a very good price. delivery was excellent and the advice form Cartridge Shop was thorough. The cartridges should work with my printer, if not, the money-back guarantee would come into operation. I received the cartridges and inserted them in the almost new printer, but unfortunately they would not work due to HP security. I talked to Cartrdige Company, they guided me through several trials to get them working, but failed. Subsequently I was given full credit for the purchase as promised. I have used this Copany many times and trust them implicitly.”
