“The web site is straightforward, easy to find what you need, prices are a great saving, delivery very quick. This is the second set of cartridges I have ordered, the first worked extremely well and lasted a loooong time, this set looks like doing the same. Very happy!”

“Following a problem with a cartridge, Melanie quickly replied to my email and after trying to resolve the problem sent a new cartridge which arrived the next day.”

“I recently needed to return a faulty cartridge which is unusual in itself as I’ve been ordering through the cartridge shop for many years & never had a problem. I had The BEST customer service from Melanie who was amazingly prompt & efficient in both replying to my email & sending a replacement …in fact within 24 hours. Great service Melanie. Thank you”

“I had a problem with a faulty ink cartridge, so contacted Cartridge Shop via email early in the morning. I had not expected to hear from them for a couple of days, but was pleasantly surprised to receive an email from Simon H by lunch time with news of a replacement cartridge on its way at no extra cost. He was quick, friendly and professional. I've been with this company for several years now and have always had good and super fast service from them. Thank you.”
