“Ordered on the Friday for next day delivery, which should have been the Saturday, got an email saying there was a problem and i wouldn't get it on the Saturday, now got an email saying still a problem so i wont get it today the Sunday. Joke of a company, wont be using these again.”

Dear Nigel, Thank you for your review and order. I am sorry to hear that we have failed to delivery your order on our next day promise. The order left our warehouse on the Friday. We do have tracking that states it is out for delivery today, Monday. As the order has not arrived on time I have requested a refund for the delivery charge. I am sorry for any inconvenience. If the order does not arrive with you today, please let us know on 02077410060 and we will do our best to resolve this for you. Apologies for letting you down, we rely heavily on our carriers.
