“Thank you so much for all the help you have given me Lucy A, to get this delivery sorted. It's such a relief. I am finding things a bit hard or should I say a lot hard now I am 92 years old and have always had my son helping but he cannot come so often now as he has moved away to Suffolk. “Having received a cartridge that would not work (printer would not recognise that a cartridge was fitted). Contacted your company and received a reply from Lucy A, must say Lucy A is a credit to the Cartridge Shop. Lucy quickly made suggestions to get the cartridge working, but when this did not work, she quickly made sure a replacement was dispatched which was received next day. Very efficient indeed.”

“Easy to navigate the website and find the right cartridges for my printers. Vast choice of cartridges and stock of genuine manufacturers' products or compatible cartridges (cheaper, but still give excellent results). There is often a choice of standard or high-capacity products. Speedy delivery and a convenient (and free) way to return empty cartridges for recycling. 5-star service all round!”
