“Service impressive. A pity that new and unused cartridges cannot be returned”

Good Morning Thank you for your review. We are unable to exchange goods, however we are happy to provide a Credit into your Account or a refund for any items bought in error that are returned to us within 30 days of purchase, as long as the packaging and inner seal/bag must be unopened, so they are in resalable condition. “Recently purchased HP 932xl and 933xl ink in August 2023. All ink received was out of date and dated September 2023. A very poor show. Especially as they were £100 each for 4 cartridges per pack. Never again.”
