“The service from Cartridge Shop is excellent and their prices are acceptable. I have purchased from them numerous times and have previously always scored them 5 stars but on this occasion, only 4 stars as the batch of Canon-compatible Cartridge Shop colour cartridges sent to me are very poor / weak - the red is a deep pink, the navy blue is mid-violet, and the dark green is greyish; the yellow and the black cartridges are fine.”

“Had an issue with a faulty cartridge, however Sarah quickly sent me a replacement. Great service all round. I've used the Cartridge Shop before, and will use them again when the time comes. Many thanks to Sarah, and the rest of the team at Cartridge Shop. All thebest RW : ))))))))))))”

“Supplied a cartridge said to be compatible with HP Deskjet F4580. The printer did not recognise it and it was therefore useless.”

“My printer manufacturer changes the coding on their own cartridge chips regularly and rejects any cartridge without that coding. It achieves this by updating the firmware on the printer along with the coding. It also locked the printer in an attempt to stop me blocking these updates. My printer rejected my Cartridge Shop cartridges because of this. Marianne at the Cartridge Shop immediately replaced my cartridges with some up-to-date ones and told me how to prevent my printer manufaturer continuing with this dreadful restraint. I am a huge fan of Cartridge Shop (whose cartridges are excellent) and feel something should be done aboout these underhand practices.”
