Cartridge People has been the WORST online shopping experience I’ve had in years. Their so-called “AI system” on the website is completely useless – it suggested I switch to a different product even though I was clearly ordering the correct one for my printer. Trusting their system, I went ahead, only to receive a cartridge that isn’t even compatible. When I contacted customer service expecting a straightforward resolution, I was met with arrogance and refusal. They flat-out refused to take the product back, even though the mistake was caused by their own website’s recommendation! This is unacceptable. A company that sells printer cartridges should at least understand compatibility, but clearly, Cartridge People neither cares about accuracy nor customer satisfaction. Instead of fixing their broken website or helping their customers, they hide behind policies and leave you stuck with useless products. If you value your money, your time, and your sanity – do not trust Cartridge People. Shop literally anywhere else.

Please note that you must search through the website itself and not via Google, Bing etc to guarantee that you are taken to the correct products. Unfortunately, as the product is not faulty and all protective seals were removed, we could not take it back. Unfortunately i have to write a poor reveiw due to delivery, until now Cartridge people have been excellent, cost and delivery, a recent purchase was not delivered after two weeks of waiting then re-dispatched using the same courier which i had expressed my concerns and now items waiting at depo like the last order!

Arrived and worked without issue. The Cartridge People will call you constantly following your purchase though, and don't answer you when you call back. Will never order from this company again

Why everytime that I order original cartridges, do I get your sales person phone me and try and sell me cheaper compatible cartridges. If I wanted compatible cartridges I would order them. You have now lost my business - fed up with being harassed!

I find the aggressive pressure(via phone calls) to buy refills rather than the chosen product(genuine cartrigdes) purchase online - very annoying. I will not use Cartridge People agiain.

After ordering HP cartridges I was phoned and asked to change my order to own brand cartridges. I explained that these had caused me trouble in the past but was assured the cartridges were now high quality. Put the cartridges in my printer and they did not work ! HUGE inconvenience and now waiting on HP cartridges from Amazon. Never again !!!

if I order anything other than Canon origionals they dont work the last order black cartridge does,nt even fit into the machine others dont print

I recently purchased a product but unfortunately received the wrong item. I returned it and requested either a refund or a replacement. However, both were refused on the grounds that I had opened the package. My question is: how can a customer know what is inside the box without opening it? This policy feels unreasonable and unfair. Based on my experience, I strongly advise caution before purchasing from this company

Ordered on the 5th August...now the 18th, and still not delivered. Contacted customer service a few days ago and they were very apologetic and immediately reordered. I think the fault actually lies with Evri. Try a different courier??

I was contacted by cartridge people due to my revlcent order. They asked if I would prefer compatible ink for my printer znd assured this would be ok for the printer. Since adding the ink, which is now full up the printer isn't recognising this ink and saying its low on ink.

Sorry to report the last batch of cartridge people printer ink for my Epson printer was defected and ended up covered in magenta ink including desk due to a film that would not come away from the nozzle. It looks like they have changed suppliers as this was not the normal good quality received before.

Do not use this company if you care about integrity. The product is unopened so cannotsay it is good or bad! It is a branded product so should be fine. The company however are not so good! Tick boxes to unsubscribe get no end of mail and even calls! They do not care about their customers but about their profits. My advice do not even consider them. I wish I had not bothered now.

It was a big mistake buying from the Cartridge People and I should have gone elsewhere. Lesson learned. I googled the cartridge I needed (for a C610 printer) and followed the link. The cartridge looked like what I needed, and I scrolled down the page and saw something about 'cartridge family' and it ended in 610 so I assumed that was my cartridge. When it arrived I opened it up and put it in the printer, only to discover it didn't fit. I went back to the page I ordered from, and when I scrolled to the very bottom there was a list of compatible printers and the C610 was not on it. On reflection, this is my fault for not doing that to begin with, but google referred me to that product so I had no reason to suspect it wasn't suitable. I contacted via email to explain the situation and to ask for an exchange, but got no reply. I emailed again, no reply again. A week had passed, so I reached out through the form on their website. A couple of days later I received a phonecall apologising for the lack of reply, the replies had apparently been bouncing back. Fair enough, I gave a different email and the guy said they would email me with instructions on how to return the product. The email arrived and told me nothing that I hadn't already seen on their website. Basically, if the product has been opened they won't accept a return. Except if you don't open it, how are you supposed to know if it's the wrong one! Could he not have told me this on the phone? I explained the situation again via email but the Cartridge People refused to exchange it for the correct cartridge. They are within their rights to do this of course, but I found it to be extremely bad faith. Why did google direct me to their page when that was not the product I wanted? I found that suspicious, but if this is their 'returns policy' then it makes sense I guess, and I wonder how many other people have been duped into buying the wrong cartridge? Not happy at all.

Thank you for your review. I am very sorry to hear that you have ordered incorrectly, when searching through a search engine, every word search can bring up any products related to any of the words. Unfortunately, we can not be held responsible for the results of a Google search. I can see that you did call us in regards to the emailing issue that you experienced, we then forwarded on the previous emails that bounced back of further questions, so we could check the status of the cartridge to see if this could have been returned or not. We will feed this back to the agent you have spoken to as this could have been completed on the phone, and I am sorry for the issues experienced with the emails not reaching you. When searching for a product, you do have a duty of care to check the specifications and the product are correct. As stated, all the information regarding the compatibly of the product is clearly stated on the website and the cartridge itself is clearly labelled for customers to check before opening. I am extremely disappointed with Cartridge People. I order 2 genuine ink cartridges for my 2 printers. I was called by a Cartridge People rep who persuaded me to change to their cheaper own bran\d cartridges. I was promised they would work perfectly. When I tried to install the first cartridge, ink came out of the cartridge all over my hands and the interior of the printer housing. The ink took days to remove from my hands. I contacted Cartrisge People, they wanted me to pay to return their cartridges. They then agreed to collect them. I requested a refund over 2 weeks ago and I am still waiting for it.
