“Why do Cartridge People use EVRI as their courier, after a week of delays and excuses from EVRI Cartridge People agreed to send out a replacement package by DPD and it arrived within the stated delivery time.”

“Used this company a few times and will continue doing so. Customer service is very good and would recommend to anyone. There was a bit of an issue with the delivery due to a system issue but Vicky and the team sorted all of that out for me pretty quickly. Thank you Cartridge People.”

“Lucy was very helpful and efficient. She asked sensible questions and dealt with my issue which is a colour cartridge that won't work. Having checked I had done various things, a replacement cartridge is being sent out as we couldn't resolve the problem.”

“I needed toner for my printer and thought the makers toner would be best, as I have had some nighmares over other company's 'own' products. So I paid for my expensive toner and to my surprise was telephoned by cartridge people who suggested I use their own make toner. After explaining why their own toner was excellent, and being given firm assurances that it would be fine, I was sent 2 for 1, which shows how value for money cartridge people are. The toner is working just fine of course, so that is why I'm writing this review! Thanks, Jude.”
