They don't fit into the printer. The printer did not recognise the cartridges.

I was persuaded that Cartridge People's own cartridge was as good as Cannon's and also cheaper. It may have been cheaper but the colour rendition was very poor. Colours were far from true and I regret having made my purchase which I will not repeat again.

I purchased a colour and black ink cartridge but as soon as I installed them the printer said the colour ink was low,and now it says the ink is empty and the printer won't work unless I change the colour ink,even though I have hardly used it

Thank you for your review This is due to some Canon printers having no way of looking inside the cartridge or detecting fresh ink. Instead the cartridge just monitors how many pages have been printed and the average page coverage since it was first installed into a printer. The error you are seeing can be cleared with a few easy steps. Simply send something to print to your printer, when you receive a message the printer can not print, hold down your printers STOP/RESET/RESUME button for 10 to 15 seconds and then release. Whilst the name with which the button is referred to may change, the symbol it is represented with will always remain the same. ( A circle with an upside down triangle inside). The ink level will still read as being low, but you can continue printing with this cartridges until the ink physically runs out and the quality of the prints deteriorates as a result. Both PG540XL black ink cartridges have been rejected by my cannon after printing no more than 5 sheets of paper. I think I'll have to go back to branded products. Shame because your products have always been OK in the past

Thank you for your review. It seems that your Canon printers is not recognising a new cartridge has been inserted. This is quite common with these printers. If your printer is showing these errors“Check Ink”, "Low ink" or a support code 1686 or 1688 message. You can Continue printing with a single button press. Simply send something to print to your printer, when you receive a message the printer can not print, hold down your printers STOP/RESET/RESUME button for 10 to 15 seconds and then release. Whilst the name with which the button is referred to may change, the symbol it is represented with will always remain the same. ( A circle with an upside down triangle inside). The cartridges should last as long if not longer than the original and we do guarantee this. However you may still receive a message stating that the printer can not detect the ink level. Not quite what I wanted. Used only couple of times and half of the ink is already gone and that’s mainly on cleaning the printing. So not really satisfied and wouldn’t buy it again.

We advise delivery times as 2 - 4 working days however we advise to allow 7 working for it to arrive. I am sorry that delivery took longer than expected. Great cartridge and service but just don't seem able to stop sending emails, beware, you will be bombarded hence the low rating. Also made an unsolicited call trying to 'upsell' my order. Just sell me what I am asking for and leave me alone!!!

I have made sure you are removed from our mailing list. As for the call you received - we have attempted to contact you as it was your first order and there was an opportunity to offer a better value item, we also check that you have ordered the correct item and ask if they found everything that you needed.

The service was ok, however the next day delivery as promised took 2 days and the quality of the ink cartridges is appalling, I know the "non manufacturer" cartridges are considerably cheaper and so the same quality should not be expected but you would expect a product that works! I ve not managed a single decent print since installing these cartridges - waste of money.

firstly the printer did not want to accept the cartridges and after I got them to work the black did not last very long have had to buy new ones from hp.

The service was fine. We are disappointed with the product but do not feel this is the Cartridge People’s fault. What I do resent, however, is being emailed three different times in a matter of days to review.

Sorry but what has been a good service has deteriorated into some what of a disappointment. Some deliveries of late are not compatible and have contained cartridges that are ink less. Due to me keeping a fair stock you would need from your audit trail of my purchases to identify when orders were purchased and the supplier you used, The most obvious once are in the green wrapping round the caskets, need to do better!!!

Installed the Black cartridge for Epson XP355 but printer would not recognise compatible cartridge so ended up paying Epson Price. Not impressed. Jeff Dove

Ordered black and colour cartridge, black is ok but the colour printed one piece out ok then that was it very faint colour so will end up buying another colour cartridge after just one use! Not impressed. Slow delivery to

I order a drum unit and but it came as drum unit. The pack lebel says it's Toner when I opened it I found its a drum unit. Shipping lebel says again it's drum. I was late to open box as well as late to see shipment invoice. Called customer service on 15 Aug 2019 2:02 PM . They said they would look into matter and call me back but no call received . This rating is because of time in transit but mainly the follow call from you trying to sell your product even though you were cheaper I will probably go elsewhere next time as your representative wouldn’t take no for an answer

I have a Cannon MG2950 printer. The Black c 'compatible' ink is too 'wet' and penetrates the paper to the other side and the print heads won't line up automatically!
