The good news is that the item arrived promptly. The bad news is that when I put it in, the HP printer, the ink setting stated it was low ink when I bought an XL size. I expected the ink capacity to be full, and it wasn't. So it is not proving to be a saving,

I was surprised and dissatisfied to receive HP compatible cartridges on my latest order when I wanted genuine HP cartridges which I have always received in previous dealings with your organisation. I consider this to be rather underhand.

The product was a genuine Epson black cartridge at a good price and it is a good product. However, I needed it quickly and ordered it on the basis of a "next day delivery" as advertised next to the product - unfortunately, it took 2 days to arrive which was inconvenient. Whilst this was disappointing, it wouldn't stop me using Cartridge People again - I just need to get more organised so I don't need it so quickly next time!

Normally your order will arrive the next business day following dispatch when offered, provided it is before the cut off (Monday-Friday, excluding Bank/Public Holidays). This service usually uses Royal Mail 24 Parcel Service (delivered by your postman) and, in our experience, 98% of items do arrive the next business day. We do apologise if there was a delay in your delivery. Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee Next Day Delivery to customers ordering for delivery to the following postcode regions: IV, BT, TR, AB, DD, KW, ZE, GY, JE, PA, HS, PH, KA, IM, PO30-PO41.

Unfortunately the wrong item was delivered, then replaced again with the wrong item and they were unable to supply me with the correct one, despite being advertised on their website. However, the customer services were prompt, apologetic and supplied refund immediately. It still meant that I had to go twice to a collect store to send back the incorrect items

I am so sorry that you had a problem with an order placed with ourselves. We weren't aware of the problem with our toner and your specific printer until it happened. So I can only apologise, however I am pleased our customer service was good.

Despite the advert 4 of the cartridges you sent were NOT compatible with my printer. (order No GB190414-LA2797016) They are of a totally different configuration to those that are compatible.

The cartridges arrived promptly and nicely packed. When I opened the Magenta ink cartridge ready to replace the old one from my printer, the ink dripped out profusely giving my fingers and table some memorable stains and also the size of the ink tank was about 2mm longer than the existing one. So I have returned the entire package.

Not a happy bunny, was supposed to receive my inks in4-7 days now On day 16 and still nothing, just phoned to be told to ask Royal Mail. So now I have to chase up who might have the delivery 🙁

We rely heavily on Royal Mail, although Royal Mail are usually very efficient with our deliveries they can on rare occasions take longer than the estimated 2-7 working days, as stated on our website. From first installing the new cartridge to my Brother360 printer it has always said ink low now it has stopped working and this has lasted only a few months maybe it was a faulty on ?, I presume it will be a waste of time contacting the supplier but we dont use the printer much at all Chris Whotton

Selected the right cartridge pack for my printer make and model number, cartridges arrived without the grey ink, which my printer requires to work. Called to ask where the grey was, advisor told me the pack doesn't contain it as not all printers take grey. Told her I'd selected the pack for my printer according to their own products, she said all I could do is buy a grey ink separately at £5.99+P&P. Bad service. Can't even return the cartridges I can't even use as they've been opened to be put in the printer, though not used as my printer won't print without the required grey. Wouldn't shop here again.

We sell different sized packs for the printers. It is listed what is in the pack. Hi The ink was delivered promptly. It did seem to change the settings on my printer. The ink has run out already.cheaper than original. By a third. But no point when it runs out

The cartridges ordered were "not comparable" with my printer although these were the ones recommended by cartridge people. I have made a complaint but it seems their 100%no quibble guarantee needs lots of explaining even though all the instructions were followed. Disappointed customer.

Most of our items are dispatched and delivered within 2 - 4 working days. We can only apologise if this was not the case. With regards to the paper the order was placed as a special bundle pack. cartridges not really good. not working in my printer, by the time i clean nozzles etc the colour inks are empty

My order for a set of cartridges for a TS9150 printer gave me much trouble with the delivery. Firstly, why was the order sent in 3 packages days apart? Secondly, my first delivery couldn't be delivered because I was not at home. This package was then arranged to be picked up. When picking it up I saw it was only 1 cartridge and could easily have been put through the letterbox. 2nd package was for 4 cartridges and fortuitously my wife happed to be home. 3rd package was for 1 cartridge and again luckily I was at home. What a palaver over 3 days for a simple order.

Ordered 2 "compatible" cartridges - in spite of following all instructions they proved incompatible. When "customer service" finally read my 3rd or 4th email properly, it was agreed the original payment was to be returned once I had returned the unopened cartridge - Money now returned. Lot of time wasted at this end ..... frustrating and unsatisfactory - extra journey had to be made to obtain an HP original.

Used ink cartridge black and colour only printed out five pages and ink started to run out couldn't print out any more ink was finished very poor won't use this company again

With an unnecessary phone call shortly after making a purchase (basically to try and get more information to sell me more stuff) and 3 requests for feedback I will not be using them again.
