Took too long to deliver came from Germany with photo paper didn’t want

Most of our items are dispatched and delivered within 2 - 4 working days. We can only apologise if this was not the case. With regards to the paper the order was placed as a special bundle pack. cartridges not really good. not working in my printer, by the time i clean nozzles etc the colour inks are empty

My order for a set of cartridges for a TS9150 printer gave me much trouble with the delivery. Firstly, why was the order sent in 3 packages days apart? Secondly, my first delivery couldn't be delivered because I was not at home. This package was then arranged to be picked up. When picking it up I saw it was only 1 cartridge and could easily have been put through the letterbox. 2nd package was for 4 cartridges and fortuitously my wife happed to be home. 3rd package was for 1 cartridge and again luckily I was at home. What a palaver over 3 days for a simple order.

Ordered 2 "compatible" cartridges - in spite of following all instructions they proved incompatible. When "customer service" finally read my 3rd or 4th email properly, it was agreed the original payment was to be returned once I had returned the unopened cartridge - Money now returned. Lot of time wasted at this end ..... frustrating and unsatisfactory - extra journey had to be made to obtain an HP original.

Used ink cartridge black and colour only printed out five pages and ink started to run out couldn't print out any more ink was finished very poor won't use this company again

With an unnecessary phone call shortly after making a purchase (basically to try and get more information to sell me more stuff) and 3 requests for feedback I will not be using them again.

Took 2 days from order to advice of despatch. Delivered by Royal Mail, who are not the best, they don't leave with a neighbour if we are out. This means I have to visit the local delivery office on next working day, oh yes its a bank holiday weekend. It going to take a week to get £12 worth of cartridges, plus time and fuel. Not worth it. Amazon next time.

We advise delivery times as 2 - 7 working days. We try to make our parcels letter boxed size so I apologise that you had to go to your local sorting office.

Website showed they had 3 in stock, ordered on 18th, received an email the following day that they were out of stock. Rang them to get a lead time, they said next week (22-26th), by Tuesday 30th I'd still received nothing so I called again, was told that stock was still not in but they promised I'd have it by Thursday, its now Friday and I've still not received it. Over two weeks is ridiculous!

I usually order ink cartridges for my Canon printer. On this occasion I was staying at my daughters home and needed a cartridge for her HP printer. She always uses the actual HP cartridges but I decided to persuade her to change to your own products. Mistake ! The cartridge simple didn't work despite trying all the advice tips you supplied. I know understand that HP have changed their settings to stop people using less expensive not HP cartridges. Not much help when you need to print and the printer will not print !

I would prefer not to be disturbed by repeated requests for reviews during my working day. However, as you insist: The sales performance was fine and the delivery came quickly and as promised. Unfortunately, the 'HP compatible' cartridge stopped working after a couple of days (and inconveniently never recorded as 'full' on my system).

I am so annoyed. I bought these HP compatible cartridges and they won't align correctly. You say they are compatible, but they aren't. I am so busy and now I can't print anything at all. this isn't good enough. Your staff are excellent and always very helpful. But it is false economy to buy other than proper HP cartridges.

I can only give a 2 star because I've only used the blue ink so far. As for the quality they look good and fit my brother printer with on problems. Fast delivery and the price was good. I will definitely be using them to supply my business.

See correspondence relating to order GB190404-LA2785575. I bought a very satisfactory own-label Brother laser toner cartridge from you 7/2/19. I re-ordered 4/4/19 and received a quite different, unsatisfactory product with the same product code. You had a repeat customer and you're about to lose them.

I thought placing an online order would be quick and painless. I had a phone call to confirm my order and so many emails before and since that I have asked to be unsubscribed. And then I got ANOTHER email for a review. If I wasn't being hounded, which is what it now feels like, they'd have got a more positive review as the products are fine and delivery was prompt.

Ordered a HP Laser Printer that was showing in stock, informed 2 days after my order that the printer was actually out of stock. The deliver date slid 4 times after this over a two week period. I was finally told by Cartridge People that the printer was back in stock and should receive in 2-3 days. It never arrived, when I called again I was told that it was not in stock and that stock was expected next week. As a result I cancelled my order.
