1 of the large black cartridges in our order broke the plastic tag off when applying it to the printer making it unusable. It wouldn't clip in place.

Appears to have a cartel monopoly in price and then they ask for cartridges to be returned. They caused a problem and offer 5% discount - worth nothing. Very poor and will not change until one of the competitors brings prices down.

Why do I need a password to buy ink? I never remember such trivia as I have more important things to worry about. I will in future shop on sites where this is not required.

The last 2 batches of compatibles NONE of them worked. CP refused to swap 14 of their non-working compatibles for 5 genuine Epson cartridges. I will never shop there again.

I had ordered from a special offer from this site, i know i followed proper proceedure and requested the cartridges i need for my specific machine, however i was sent the wrong product, then told it was my own fault!, i run digital recording studios, i know what I'm doing and i know what i ordered. But NO HELP AT ALL FROM THIS COMPANY,

While the price for the cartridges might be good the post is poor my last set cost me £7.99 in postage Then I found the one cartage didn't work no matter what I did so replaced it with a second new one and all was ok but very hard to get a replacement just given the run around not good.

Sent incompatible cartridges twice which although always sent next day / Monday after a weekend meant as a company we've been without printing facilities for a week. Turned out info on website was wrong and cartridges were not actually compatible. As we'd bought a package deal of cartridges and one was comaptible they said we could keep that and would swap rest over. However, the refund difference was totally wrong. Had to chase and get correct refund. As a sort of apology we were sent an automated discount voucher off our next order (yay!) until we read it was not valid on originals (boo!) as thats all we use. When we queried it we were told, basically, tough. So, yes, prices are very good, service is satisfatory if an issue but dont expect any sort of apology or speedy service if you cannot print and everything grinds to a halt due to their own faults. Will certainly think about it carefully before using again.

When I opened the packaging on the CL18 Yellow ink cartridge , the ink spilt over my hands and desk top !!! It was very difficult to remove the colour from my hands . Secondly the colour of the colour print is of poor quality especially any blue print compared with genuine Canon cartridges.

I found the website was not very easy to use, as there were only the fixed list of cartridges on it and the actual one I wanted was not there, I ended up buying a 932 cartridge when I really wanted a 932XL, but didn't want to be without a spare. This detracts from what is otherwise a good service and I regret not being able to honestly giving a higher rating, but I ended up dissatisfied.

This is my first order with the Cartridge People. I have an Epsom X255 three months old. I ordered a full set of cartridges and this morning fitted them. My printer won’t print in the black so I have to print on colour. The page comes out with every half inch of ink missing!! I have re fitted the cartridges multiple times but it doesn’t get any better I am afraid. Obviously will not waste my money with a repeat order.

I installed a new yelow ink cartidge and after two A4 single black and white print runs a warning came up that the cartridge was low on ink. I experienced this on a previous occasion and had to replace the cartridge. i did phone in after the first problem and received an unsympathetic response.

The printer cartridge that I ordered was the correct cartridge, but since replacing it my printer no longer works. I don't know why this is.

Vat wasn't charged which I didn't find out until the end of the process. So they weren't as cheap as they first appeared.

The cartridges which are supposed to be compatible worked for 5 copies but the printer still says ink is low and the is a cartridge fault code. I think it is the fault of your cartridges but i now need to buy some genuine Canon cartridges to check. Away for 2 weeks so will contact you on return to resolve this issue
