“The wb site and product order were fine however the unsolicited phone call although initially started well went bad quickly as I was not interested in the non epson ink that the caller was pushing. The option for non standard ink was clear enough on the website and I made my decision that I wanted the genuine Epson product. Why was I then pushed to change my mind. Not apprecaited at all.”

“After trying to order black cartridges on behalf of my husband I ran into problems and the noticed a phone number. I rang and it was a really helpful man. I was given an Easter discount and the whole transaction was done and dusted in next to no time. My husband broke his,right upper arm and can't do any computer jobs right now so I was very grateful for an easy telephone service Thank you Rosemary 30.03.26”
