Having tried to print with a faulty cartridge I contacted Cartridge People by email. I received a reply within 15 minutes from Wiki, who arranged to send me a replacement by the next day. I did indeed receive the new cartridge in the morning of the following day. Excellent service. Thank you Wiki and all at Cartridge People.

I have used the company for years and never had any issues with delivery - however with no fault of the company the courier was unable to deliver the parcel and returned it back to them - they immediately arranged for its re-delivery and was with us next day - very prompt service

My order was delivered very quickly, but one of the cartridges was not recognised by my printer. I reported the issue and a replacement cartridge was with me within 48 hours. Thanks to Sam for resolving the issue so efficiently.

I have been buying own brand cartridges from Cartridge People for some time with no complaints, one of the items in my latest order was defective , I telephoned and explained the problem to Marianne who sent out a replacement which arrived the next day, excellent service.

This review is based on having to contact customer support due to faint lines / lines not printing which I believed to be down to the compatible toners and Brother had said the same. Hannah was really good at looking at all the possible causes and worked out it was nothing to do with the toners and was a PDF issue. So very pleased that this issue got sorted even though technically they didn't need to help as it was not toner related in the end. Massive thanks to Hannah! In general the compatible toners are good, we do have issues sometimes with them but any that do cause issue they replace very quickly. So overall I am very happy with this company.

Sam took the time to fully understand my problem with a cartridge not being recognised by my printer. He emailed details of a propsed solution for me to follow. Sadly this did not work as hoped so I was immediately offered a replacement cartridge which is on its' way! Great customer service!

I wanted to say huge thank you for Sam from customer service. Sam supported me with the issue I had with one of my cartridges. His response was quick, detailed and very well explained. He also ensured my issue was resolved and kept me up to date throughout the process. I wish more people were like Sam, knowledgeable and just willing to help!

I’ve bought printer cartridges from Cartridge People over many years. Initially I only bought OE cartridges, but I now buy CP’s own brand cartridges and they work just fine. Evri managed to muck up the delivery of my latest order, but Sam at Cartridge People got on the case straight away, and sent new cartridges immediately. I feel I can trust CP to give reliable customer service and good value for money.
