“The cartridges were despatched promptly but the courier, Evri, failed to deliver until 3 days later with no meaningful communication about why. That is why I have marked the score down to 3. These comments relate to the ratings below also, until the courier is changed.”

Good morning. Sorry to hear about the courier delay. That isn’t what we want for you. On standard tracked delivery, most deliveries are arriving within 2 working days after dispatch. “I ordered a printer after researching the best for my needs and found it cheapest on this website. I ordered already knowing what cartridges were needed and where I could purchase them a lot cheaper than buying them from this website. I had a x2 phone calls almost immediately to try and sell me their cartridges (a lot more expensive than what I had already found) the calls were quite pushy - being told that the ink provided within the printer would run out and I wouldn’t be able to print without new cartridges being purchased. I did not appreciate the x2 phone calls trying to sell me something I did not want. But the printer works fine.”
