I would like to praise Sam for dealing with my problem in so timely a manner. Having a problem with my cartridges he very quickly came back and offered me a full refund as they did not seem to work in my HP Photosmart printer as they should do. Having dealt with Cartridge People for many years and never having had a problem before, I can thoroughly recommend their service. I will be back for more cartridges in the future.

Great support from Chris in Customer Services, follow up call to check that I was getting the best deal, after which I swopped the HP original for a Cartridge People compatible toner, and Chris gave a guarantee about compatibility and protection for my printer. So far, it works perfectly and they've been no error messages from my Hewlett Packard MFP.

I had a problem when replacing my empty toner with the new replacement toner. The printer didn't recognise the replacement toner and I discovered the new one was leaking toner. I contacted Customer services and spoke to Marianne, who was very helpful and supportive. She obtained my details and explained the process of returning the faulty toner, she emailed the information required very promptly. Nothing was too much bother and I really appreciated Marianne's help with this matter. Thank you again.

The price is always very competitive, delivery is always very speedy, they are easily contactable by phone, and when I had a query, Alison, on the end of the phone, could not have ben more helpful or accomodating. Really appreciate all of the above!

I have used the non canon ink cartridges and had mixed succusss. My recent purchase of the cyan cartridge caused issues in which it was not recognised on the printer. Cartridge people advised to reset by putshing the bottom button for the system to over ride the notification of no ink. I now cannot do a head aligment. I am going back to canon cartridges and hope by replacing the two new cartridges that this will resolve the issue.

I am very happy with the service provided to me by both Sam and Marianne. I had an issue where my printer has had problems printing with the new cartridges. When I rang, Sam was very helpful in providing my with the information he felt would solve the issue, when unfortunately it didn't, Sam then offered me a full refund after calling me back promptly. I then thought I might have an issue with my card that was being refunded, and Marianne was then very helpful with that, and even called me back at a time I advised would be convenient for me. As it happened my refund was received ok and without any delay. I'd like to thank both Sam and Marianne for their excellent and polite service. Martin

I ordered my usual ink replacement on Friday 27th Feb. I then tracked it via Evri and it was in their warehouse at 1am on Monday 2nd March. There it stayed and was never delivered. So on Friday 6th March I contacted Cartridge people customer service and almost immediately received a reply from Chris. He apologised, although it was Evri's fault and offered to send me a replacement. This arrived within the usual timescale. So thanks to Chris for arranging the replacement and my message is to contact customer service if you have a problem and they will sort it.

Great customer service! I accidently placed an order to my billing address, although I needed the cartridges delivered to another address. I called customer service and I was put through to the right people straight away and within 15mins of placing the wrong delivery address all was sorted! Sam was especially helpful and made sure the correct delivery address was applied to the order. Will definitely be ordering from here again! Thanks everyone
