“Excellent customer service when I had a problem, it was solved quickly and efficiently spoke to Phil today and he sorted out a refund and was very friendly and helpful would definitely use the company again”

“Just had a call from Sam to sort out an issue with Compatible Cartridges not working correctly with my printer. Sam was very friendly and helpful. He resolved my query and I am happy with the service he provided and the result. Will definitely continue getting my cartridges from Cartridge People.”

“I had an issue with my delivery via Evri. Lucy at Cartridge People Customer Service responded immediately and rectified the situation within a few minutes even though technically the fault appears to be with Evri's delivery service which is very poor currently in my area. Very impressed with the level of customer care I have received. Thank you Lucy - great job!”

“I placed an order for brand cartridges and within a few minutes I got a call (can' remember chaps name but very pleasant) advising me that I could save money if I went with their own brands. I explained that I've tried this before with cartridges and that my printer would give the error message of 'not recognising cartridge' and that I would need to purchase the recommended manufacturers. He reassured me that wouldnt happen with theirs. I agreed, and he was correct - printer very happy and I got a refund from them as well. Super customer service. Thanks Laura”

“So glad to be able to talk to a human as opposed to a bot or just on line. Rachel was lovely, friendly, professional knew her stuff and really was patient with my lacking proficiency on mobiles and computers. Your price for the cartridges was the best I could find on line and it was a pleasure being served by Rachel.”

“Chris was helpful in sorting my situation The Carrier Evri delivered my parcel to a house 400 yards away This was the second time this has happened So service from Cartridge people was good but Evri very poor”

That’s certainly not what we expect our customers to have to do. I can see Chris has already assisted you and reported this to our courier, so please be assured it’s been raised. For future orders, we do use a selection of carriers, which are all visible at checkout so you can choose the one that works best for you. “I would like to thank Phil for the help and reassurance he gave me today when the courier for Evri delivered my parcel to the wrong address. She obviously did not even check when handing it to the person at the wrong address. But Phil ensured me everything would be OK and he would send out a replacement parcel for the 2 HP62XL (Blk & colour) immediately and if the other package arrived to return it back. Fortunately from the delivery picture Evri gave me I managed to go round to the houses across the road which also had a number 23. I rang several times without answer but as I had to go out I pushed a note through their door with my name, address and phone number. Whilst shopping the lady at the wrong house rang me and told me she had brought it to my home and tried to push it through the letterbox. I was very grateful for her efforts. But was well pleased with the way Phil at Cartridge People dealt with my problem. I phoned him several times keeping him informed and finally managed to ring him again to confirm I now had the package. The concern I received was absolutely excellent and I thank Phil and your company for the way the mistake was dealt with. (I just hope when I order next time they do not send this Amanda to my address. I have complained to Evri about her. So many thanks to Phil I was very grateful for his assistance.”
