“I think this was the first time I have used you. In any case it is likely to be the last. I mistakenly confused a drum kit (£110) for my Brother printer with a set of new cartridges and it was only when they were delivered and I opened them that I recognised my mistake. This was when I oened two of the four packets of carttridge holders and realised that these were identical and not differentiated by colour. I called your office and asked if I could return the kit in its 'as new state, inspected but not in any way used, against a complete or partial refund to be spent on your own-brand cartridge set (£190+) but was flatly refused any refund whatever. This seems extraordinarily harsh and may or may not accord with my consumer rights. I acknowledge the mistake was mine but shall not deal with, or speak well of, CartridgePeople as a result of this unfriendly experience.”

I’m really sorry to hear about the trouble and the way your return request was handled. This isn’t the experience we want for any customer. However, to accept items back for resale all seals, vacuum packaging and dustproof packaging need to be fully intact. “I would like to thank Sam for his amazing customer service. I have used Cartridge people for many years and never had a problem but my latest order appeared to have a faulty cartridge so I got in touch to let them know. Sam called me back shortly after I sent the email and sorted the problem immediately. I received a new cartridge the next day and could not be happier with the service I received. Thank you very much!”
