Website gave me wrong cartridge been ordering for Years first time issue and issue not resolves had to buy direct from hp and lost my money for last order no refund or help.

Dear Noor, Thank you for your review. I am sorry we were not able to take the cartridge back from you. The time frame for us to be able to accept cartridge returns back from our customers is 30 days from date of purchase however, the product must also be sealed as per our T and C's. I don't know if my review was sent but 2 cartridge sent recently were almost empty of ink and we would like replacements please. Thanks Paul Penmam

I was persuaded by your salesman to buy compatible inks. They leaked ink. I was refunded. Never again.

I was in the process of placing an order with Amazon for a twin pack of one black/one colour cartridge for my HP Envy Printer, at a total cost (i.e. including VAT & delivery) of £36.09. But just as I was about to place the order, a pop up appeared, promising me a saving of £2.10 if I ordered directly with the Cartridge People. Every penny counts at the minute, so I clicked the link in the pop up and sure enough, according to your site, you could supply the same two HP cartridges for £33.99. So I placed my order, but was shocked to then receive an e-mailed invoice confirming a total charge of £43.48, as opposed to £33.99! Almost immediately, and before I had chance to 'phone and query the over charge, Tom Roberts from your sales team called ME. I questioned the extra charge and Mr. Roebrts admitted that he was also puzzled, but in any event he strongly advised me to change my order to your own brand of XL cartridges, which he promised me would print far more pages and last much longer. I said that I had tried own brand cartridges before, but my printer would only accept genuine HP cartridges. However, like others on here, I was subjected to a hard sell, with promises of savings, backed up by your money back guarantees of refunds and cost of any necessary repairs casued by the cartridges. Eventually I agreed to give your own brand a try and I confirmed the revision to my order to one black/one colour XL own brand cartridges, which I was assured would be compatible. As these XL cartridges are supposed to print far more pages, I was told that the revised order would cost £11 more than the standard HP cartridges which I had originally orderd. Hence I expected a revised invoice for £44.99 (i.e. the original price of £33.99 + £11). HOWEVER, I received a confirmatory e-mail with an invoice for £54.48 AND I have just received delivery of ONLY ONE (colour) own brand cartridge, which according to the printer models listed on the box, is NOT even compatible with my particular printer! And I now need a black cartridge urgently! I have tried calling your so-called customer service line, but it is closed on Saturdays. SO INSTEAD OF PAYING £36.09 FOR TWO GENUINE HP CARTRIDGES FROM AMAZON, WHICH I WOULD HAVE RECEIVED BY NOW, I HAVE BEEN RIPPED OFF TO THE TUNE OF £54.48 FOR JUST ONE INCOMPATIBLE, TOTALLY USELESS COLOUR CARTRIDGE. I have sent an e-mail marked FAO Tom Roberts, requesting an urgent call, but if I hear nothing by 4p.m. on Monday (0/08) I shall be on the 'phone to you. I also intend to report this scam to Trading Standards.

I ordered a pair of cartridges but received only the colour cartridge, not the black and white. I had lost the order number without which I could not communicate with the company. An expensive order!

I was persuaded to buy the more expensive cartridges after I had sent in my order. 2 out of 3 cartridges didn't work. Obviously rubbish cartridges. I would give 0 stars if I could. When I told the customer service personnel that I would leave a bad comment, they complained that I was doing this and said I had no justification to do so.

Good products and service up til now. Unfortunately they have a security leak. Within seconds of placing an order I got a text with an OTP. But there was no-where to enter itr! But Cartridge ppl dont send OTPs and my card company says it wasnt them. So someone had access to that transaction with the amount, my card number, my phone number within minutes of the transaction. The card company told me it was likely a scam and someone will try to call me and ask for that code and then scam more info. My point is Cartridge People site is not secure. And don't seem bothered.

I inititially ordered hp original ink then I had a telephone call offering me a better deal which I accepted, but when it came it was compatible ink I can't remember being told it was compatible on reflective I would have stuck to my original order.

I ordered HP301 units , I received a phone call recommending me to change the order to your own brand larger units which would be totally compatible- WRONG. they did not work so set up a complaint. The complaint was dealt with efficiently and I have received a refund.

As you are aware I have purchased cartridges regularly. This time I ordered your make and fitted 3 into my printer. The printer just printed out plain paper. I tried everything to get it working and could not. I telephoned the office and spoke to Simon who gave me the choice of new cartridges or paying more and getting The Epson ones, which defeated the object. He told me he would send out some new ones but I must return the remaining yellow one I had not used yet. I told him that is ridiculous that because the cartridges did not work it stopped me from working and all he was worried about was getting the one unused cartridge back and not concerned about the inconvenience they had caused. I told him I was a regular customer and asked whose decision it was to return the one cartridge and he said his. I have received the replacement cartridges which were only right along with 6 Tetley teabags for some reason and will not be buying any more cartridges from you.

High pressure selling, want you to buy their own products and not genuine HP inks. Just need to process the order quickly and not be anti HP!

I have an Epson Printer and always used Epson replacement inks. When I rang to reorder some more Epson inks, I was persuaded to have C. People's comp. inks instead, being told there would no longer be any problems with their comp. inks. I regret to say there was and I have had to stop using my Epson for printing quality prints for competition purposes when the quality of printing gradually deteriorated when I changed to the comp. inks. As printer manufacturers will not deal with any repairs needed if their inks have not been used, I am now faced with buying a new printer. Dan H could not have been quicker or more helpful in the way he has handled my problem after a delay of over a week since I sent my letter dated 4 July, but a credit for more inks is not very helpful when it is the expense for me of a new printer which is now the solution. Dan's customer service was very good, the solution offered , unfortunately, is not.
