It's not actually Cartridge People that I am rating here, but their carrier of choice DPD. I paid extra for next day delivery, and on the day (Friday) was given a delivery slot of 13:29 to 14:29. I was working at the front of the house throughout this time, and my daughter was also in the house, so I was a little surprised to receive a text from DPD at 13:52 saying that no one was in the house, and the parcel would be available Saturday at the local collection locker. To add insult to injury, I had a text at 16:27 on Friday saying the parcel was in the locker and could be collected. Call me cynical, but I assume the driver was running late, and chose to bypass us (and perhaps others) to save time. All the more annoying as the parcel did not require signing for, and was small enough to post through the letterbox.

I have not received the item I ordered on the 30th of October. I rang your company about it and was promised they would look into it. Heard nothing since.

As soon as I hit the order button, someone from Cartridge called me. Do they disclose the purpose of calling for marketing reasons with your personal data as soon as you order with them? They pretend they call you for your benefit but in reality, they try to sell you something different than what you ordered pretending that you would get more value for less price. In reality, they try to sell you their stuff where their margin is so much bigger than third-party staff. I do not think this is compliant with data protection laws. Not happy with their service. Except that they were the cheapest on the market I did not like their attitude and how they do business.

Having dealt with the Company for some time I was extremely disappointed with the recent purchase process and more so, the aftersales service, or lack of it. The purchase on 30 October, value £44.99 did offer a discount, I believe 12%, however this wasn't applied at the checkout. Have to say this wasn't the first time an offer has been promoted but not given upon payment. A subsequent telephone call from Crewe at 1530 on this date offered to give the 12% discount if I doubled up on the original order. This was in my opinion completely unethical and unprofessional, the offer of giving the original discount should not in any way have been conditional upon placing an additional order. Was then passed to a '''Manager''' (I wonder) who after a further debate, offered to repay the original discount missed without any conditions and said the discount of I believe around £5.40 would be credited to me on the card of the original charge that was made on 31 October., within 4/5 working days. Now this time has lapsed and no sign of the promised credit - I imagine how you can understand the rating I have given in this survey. Regards, Tim Lunn

I mistakenly order a "multipack", thinking this meant a pack of four black cartridges. I opened one and saw it was magenta, not black. The supplier refused to take it back or give me a credit. If this had been Amazon they would have taken it back. I won't use them again.

Tried to place a particular brand that was supposed to be in stock, only 2find it was out of stock. Offered an alternative brand, which was declined.

The black cartridge has run out already only had it for about three months I am sorry to say. I use my printer to print out monthly bills and I was very very dubious about buying this product in the first place as I have had bad experiences with getting " special offers" on printing ink online.

I really dislike writing poor reviews, but this is one I feel I have to write. The A4 paper I ordered was poorly packaged, and arrived damaged. So much so, I had to go out and get some from a local stockist which cost me twice as much!

Really disappointed. Purchased own brand cartridges for an HP with the 100% guaranteed to work expectation. After replacing the spent cartridges, I got the blue screen of death on my printer. After managing to fix that, the printer does not recognise the cartridges and so won’t print. So having to go to a specialist print shop to get items printed for a workshop I’m running. This is the second time that I’ve purchased cartridges from here with the 100% guarantee and found that the printer won’t recognise them.

Ordered genuine HP cartridges. They (Ryan) phoned me to persuade me to buy their bootleg version. They didn't work. Fitted genuine ones from Amazon (cheaper, with next day free delivery) - they worked. Emailed them for a refund and they replied with a 7 step checklist I have to perform which involves re-inserting their duff ones and photographing the display panel ! Talk about 'jumping through hoops' to get your money back !

Delivery by DPD is absolutely atrocious. I cannot continue to deal with a supplier when delivery is so bad . "Next day delivery "-a joke!

never got the items. they were delivered once and then I had to go and get them from the post office. if I wanted to collect them I would not have paid for delivery. i work long days and so wanted them delivered. wasted my time.

The cartridges I purchased will not connect to the printer and the fitting appears different to the previous ones I bought from you. Same numbers (C-546XL and C-545XL) but won't work very disappointed as I have stuff I need to print

Ordered original xerox toners had a call to say you copy was as good with 100% guaranteed They arrived and they were rubbish Sent pictures to customer services they came back all about setting The printer is new and the original toners worked fine Have had now reply for over a week
