When printing anything the colours are faded. As if the cartridges are used.

when new and just put in my computer said this cartridge is half full / or half empty . ? only time will tell but it makes no sense to me ,

After fitting new cartridges i had to continually automatic cleaning of cartridge heads through the HP LCD read out ,black and blue predominantly came through better than other colours. Even now after quite a long printing session,all colour shades are a little dull,however in black printing quality,even down to the smallest letter all were pin sharp.

I’ve always bought HP ink but this time bought compatible from yourselves. NEVER again. It didn’t work from the beginning. I had important paperwork to print for work needing colour but everything was turquoise instead of red/ orange. Couldn’t even print black and white photos. Disappointed 😔, waste of money and lots of time.

Hi, I have had a number of ink cartridges from yourselves. They always take a good few copies before you can print a clear copy, but this time having tried to copy the same document 7 times (tried realigning and cleaning print heads) it is still not printing a clear copy. Will have to change the black cartridge again and see if it works.

Ordered a cable and cartridges. (only 2 items). No cable arrived. Contacted customer services who had assumed that it had been delivered. Nothing on the invoice/receipt note indicated 'non-supply'. The customer services operative informed that it was an error at the warehouse and that another cable could be sent but as it was only ordered on a 'standard' delivery, it would take another 2 days. Not acceptable! If it was your error, it should be rectified soonest. Opted for the refund which was completed. No great drama, only a minor catalogue of errors that needn't have occurred. Won't be bothering again. Cartridges work ok (if you are interested)

I did not spot that the price of the item would not include any VAT as this company is based in Jersey. As I am registered for VAT in the UK I have effectively paid 20% more than I thought I was paying on a VAT inclusive price. Even the London telephone number implies that they are based in England. Jersey, although a member of the UK, is not in the EU or the UK VAT system. Seems like a total Scam.

Item was sent to the wrong address which I had left 3 years ago.despite having had 3 orders sent my new address my old addres refused to accept it so was returned. On contacting you I have been informed it may take 3 weeks to sort it out. I also received a faulty cartridge which was returned with the return label 4 weeks ago and that seems to have been lost also. What started out as a very reasonable priced product is now dearer than buying local.

Dear Mr Curtis-Wall Thank you for your review. The order has yet to be returned to us, upon receipt of it, we can resend to the correct new address. I can confirm that your PayPal account and Cartridge People account, still state the old address. As advised on 26/09/2017, please update these address details, and delete the old information. I can see that you have 2 PayPal accounts, the one linked to your new address is your btinternet.com email address, the one linked to your old address is your gmail.com. The order this concerns has been placed on the gmail.com account which is why it has gone to the old address. As soon as the toner is back at our warehouse, we will contact you for further instructions. Do you have a proof of postage from the return of the toner? I look forward to hearing from you soon. The delivery was a little later than expected but acceptable. An issue arose when the cartridges were fitted. The led on the printer did not light up to show the cartridges were fitted. When I called customer services, they said simply some chips on the cartridges are incompatible with the printers and basically it's bad luck. I won't be back

This is the manufacturers attempt to discourage customers from using anything other than their genuine items. We do offer to replace or refund any item that is faulty. Was recommended to you by a friend and this was the second time I used you. The first time I would have given a good but this time I had difficulty getting the cartridges to print and spent some time cleaning the printer head etc before I had any success. It may have been a co-incidence that it happened then but would hesitate repeating my purchase from you and will probably order from 999 Inks as I previously did.

Only 10 days and the black print ink well went dry. Used twice only for print out of on line Air ticket, and returns documents.

When l first installed cartridgesC8728ae,C8727ae, it printed a page. Next time day later it came up as check printer cartridge, l reinstalled them ,red light went out, but could not print. Previous purchases had similar problem

The most recent cartridges that you sent and the previous order contain colour cartridges that do not appear to be compatible with my Pixma iP3600 printer. The cartridges are larger than those I have previously been using and are marked C-CLI 521XL. When fitted, the light does not illuminate to indicate that the cartridge is properly fitted nor does it flash intermittently to indicate a problem or that the ink has run out. Prints are very poor.
