“I ordered Epson cartridges from Cartridge People which didn’t work. When I called the customer service department I was taken patiently through all the possible fixes. None of these worked either - I received a replacement set promptly which is working perfectly. Thank you for your help Aden.”

“Had a problem after installing my replacement Cartridge People cartridges. Telephoned the number given and was helped by the friendliest person you can imagine. Sorted my problem in two minutes and on top of this I bought high volume cartridges at a fantastic price. Five star product and service”

“Aden provided an excellent service when I reported the fact that the Evri driver delivered my cartridge to the wrong address. We managed to retrieve the missing parcel, but he provided peace of mind by assuring me that if I could not get hold of the original parcel he would send oiut a new cartridge.”

“I have had excellent customer service from the Cartridge People on both occasions I needed them . First back in March 2025 and now this week with Lucy who was not only helpful but informative on whats going wrong with my HP printer. My HP printer is going as I rather have cartridges from the Cartridge People than putting any more cash HP's way as I have always ( been a customer for 10 years now) gone to Cartridge people for the price and quick delivery. Thank you Lucy for your quick replies and excellent customer service. Always feel I am not wasting money on the ink for my printers when dealing with this company.”

“I have been using cartridge people for several years and always had a good experience. They have been pro active in making offers that have saved me money and delivery is always super quick. I have used the own brand cartridges which have generally worked for me. I did have a problem recently with some poor quality colour printing but I called customer services and spoke to a very nice representative, Wiktoria, who was calm and reassuring, identified the issue and immediately arranged for replacement cartridges for the ones that weren’t working properly. Excellent customer service.”

“We purchased toner cartridges in August 23, due to reduction in printing (most things are by email nowadays) we only needed to install it recently, it turned out to be faulty as was bleeding on to the prints. I called Cartridge People assuming they would not assist due to passage of time, to my surprise, Alison was very sympathetic, rectified the issue and sent out a replacement toner the next day. Amazing service, thanks Alison!! Will definitely use them again!”
