“I've been using these cartridges for years as they offer a decent saving over the OE Canon ones and have been largely happy with them. I once had a coulpe of faulty cartridges which they said they'd send me some replacements but they never arrived. Luckily I had enough spare cartridges to not run out and have had no problems since, despite placing many orders over the years. They arrive quickly too, which is always useful if you've left it late to order some replacements.”

“Bought cartridges that were faulty - they were replaced - then told that the cartridge holders were faulty so had to buy them -I am going to put the old cartridge holders back and check them to see if that was the problem ??”
