“After a failed delivery due to carrier, Sam arranged a new next day delivery for me. This has arrived safely. As a new customer, Sam investigated the problem and quickly resolved the issue. He even gave me free delivery as a goodwill gesture. My trust in using your company again has been regained by Sam's friendly and efficient manner. My call was taken with no queue and dealt with effectively and professionally. Thanks Sam for your help.”

“A recent order of mine was tracked to the delivery company but never left them for onwards delivery to me, presumably 'lost in their system'. Gemma at the Cartridge People promptly offered a refund or replacements. Thank you.”

“I don't usually do reviews if I am asked to do one but on this occasion I am making an exception. I had a half used cartridge that suddenly failed. Sam tried to help me sort the problem which is apparently quite common, but unfortunately it didn't work. I would have been happy with a partial credit to my account for my next order, but Sam told me he would arrange a new replacement cartridge to be sent out. I am now informed that 2 extra free ones are to be sent as well which is way beyond anything I would have expected. However if this is indeed what I receive, it certainly would persuade me to stick with this company which I have already used now for a number of years. Well done all.”

“Having regularly bought laser printer cartridges and paper from Cartridge People over several years on behalf of the church for our printer, we were left with a full set of unopened/unused cartridges when the printer fairly suddenly developed an incurable malfunction, with the period for returns past. A phone call to Customer Services about the problem was dealt with very helpfully by Caroline, who guided me on how to return the cartridges and obtain a credit to the account. Hopefully this will come through as quickly as the Royal Mail 24 hour delivery was completed, so that we can invest in a new printer - this time a refillable one for less than the cost of a set of laser cartridges.”

“My order of inks was dealt with very quickly and was delivered the next day although I hadn’t requested this. It was delivered to my neighbour by mistake, but when I contacted Cartridge People they were very helpful and said they would reissue and claim cost from the courier. My neighbour was away and their property has electric gates so I couldn’t just get my parcel which was on my neighbours drive. Another neighbour managed to reach it with a lawn rake and scoop it back under the gate. I advised Cartridge People who thanked me for my ( my neighbours effort. It was nice being able to talk to a real person instead of the ‘chat’ with the courier which wasn’t going anywhere.chris1969”

“I ordered Cartridge People own-brand cartridges for my HP printer but on installing the black one, the printer wouldn't recognise it. I e-mailed customer services seeking advice, Phil responded less than an hour later and we very quickly suspected the cartridge was faulty. I opted for a replacement rather than a full refund, the cartridge was promptly despatched and delivered and the printer is again working perfectly. Great service and support. Would certainly recommend.”
