“The delivery of my cartridge was excellent. Unfortunately I had ordered the wrong one and had opened the outside casing box before realising it was wrong. I filled in the contact form to see if I could exchange this cartridge. I have spoken by e-mail to a gentleman called Chris who was very polite, friendly and helpful. I understand why I was unable to get a refund, but even so was treated very politely. I have since ordered the correct cartridge, fingers crossed, and will use this firm again.”

“Absolutely brilliant and professional service. I bought a certain range of cartridges and got a call just before dispatch that the same ink was used in another package, just £25 cheaper. They sent the delivery on time and refunded the £25. I am really impressed and couldn't recommend them more. Thanks.”

“Cartridge People meets my needs. I don't do an excessive amount of printing and the Cartridge People owner brand toner is sufficient for what I need. It's at an affordable cost and the delivery is quick and free. Perfect!”

“The toners I ordered arrived well packaged and on time. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong ones. When I contacted customer services, Lindsay was very understanding and organised a returns label and refund, and I ordered the correct ones, which arrived the following day. She could not have been more helpful and I would certainly use The Cartridge People for my printing requirements.”

“We had many orders from Cartridge people and the customer service is always great. My latest order included some prepaid postage bags to return empty cartridges for recycling which is always a good thing. I emailed customer service to ask for some larger bags to return toner cartridges and Chris responded within minutes to say bags will be sent today. Many thanks”

“I am well know in my circle of friends as being the least tech person you can possibly imagine so I was terrified when I had to place an order for ink cartridges. But I was saved by Sam. What a star. He was courteous, patient, helpful towards me and could not have helped me more. When I rang to say I was lost and didn't know what to do next. He just helped me through every stage. You have an excellent employee and should hold on to him. I am actually looking forward to ordering again. Well done Sam.”
