“Delivery time disgusting - need to change courier. Order placed on 11th February - cartridge still not arrived. Had re order next day delivery from another company.”

“Whilst we are only a relatively low use, "domestic household" customer, the savings we are making by buying the XL own brand cartridges, over the previous "standard sized",branded,shop-bought items is not to be sneezed at! And when you factor in the free (and ridiculously fast!) postage, it makes using Cartridge People a no-brainer!”

“I've been buying my inks from Cartridge People for several years now and have always received first class service. The inks are well priced, ordering is simple as they remember my printer, delivery is within a couple of days and an envelope is provided to return used cartridges for recycling. What more could you want?”

“Cartridge People have a good website. The ink cartridges that I've bought from them are good quality and a very reasonable price. On the one occasion that I rang their Service Department, they were very helpful.”

“ordering easy, prices good and excellent customer service. My order was dispatched quickly but unfortunately via Evri. I have had several bad experiences with Evri either not delivering or delivering very late and on this occassion it was no different. After a week I contacted Cartridge People who handled everything professionaly and re sent the item via DPD who delivered it 2 working days later.”

“I had a problem using own label ink cartridges from Cartridge People. I contacted Customer Service and both Rachel & Melanie were really helpful. Initially they helped me trouble shoot my printer settings and then, when it proved impossible to use the cartridges, they speedily facilitated a credit to my account and the arrangements to returnthe remaining unopened cartridges from my order. Top notch service. Thank you.”
