The Lexmark compatible inks have so far been poor with only one out of the first three I have tried actually working on the printer! I do not hold out much hope for any of the others being accepted. I am very disappointed.

I HAVE HAD MANY CARTRIDGES THAT DON'T WORK AND ALTHOUGH YOU SOLVED THE ISSUES IT IS A NUSIANCE

I purchased2 black replacement inks for my Epsom xp415 at your advice, now nothing works, what can you recommend to replace all colours with the proper inks and how much would this be, look forward to hearing from you, yours john smith

The ink cartridge we ordered has only lasted for approx half a dozen sheets of writing and now is saying the ink has run out very cross about this as ink is not cheap and has certainly not been adequate we are very very disappointed with the quality and will be contacting you about either a refund or a replacement, as things stand at the moment we don't think we will be using you again to order ink, however depending how you respond to this will determine where we order our ink from in the future.

I can confirm that your entire order 2 has been dispatched. We have multiple warehouses and therefore orders may be split into numerous parcels, this is to provide better availability and efficiency for our customers. Unfortunately, parcels can get separated in the postal system. I see we have not had any correspondence regarding the missing parcel until now. Therefore please contact our customer service team and we will be happy to replace any missing items.

The cartridge which is a HP 21 substitute does not give a clear print and tends to be a bit smudgy plus the black ink tends to be not very black in finish with even a dark grey finish. Very disappointed !!!

8 DAYS FROR THE DELIVERY OF A STRAIGHT6 FORWARD PACKAGE OF INKS IS FAR TO LONG. THE RESPOSE FROM STAFF TO MY QUERIES WAS INADEQUATE. MY PREVIOUS DEALINGS WITH THE COMPANYWERE FINE. I DO NOT THINK I WILL BE ORDERING AGAIN. REG

I am sorry to hear your order arrived after 8 days. It is very unusual for it to take this long. Please accept my apologies we rely heavily on Royal Mail and although they’re usually very efficient they can on rare occasions take longer than the estimated 2-7 days as stated on our website. I am sorry to hear you felt your response from our team was inadequate, this will be investigated. As excellent customer support is an integral part of our business.

The organisation responsible for delivering the package left it on the doorstep without ringing the doorbell (I was in at the time) and it wasnot discovered until visitors arrived in the afternnon.

I am terribly sorry to hear your order was just left on the doorstep. The order was delivered by your normal postperson, therefore I would advise speaking to them. I will also pass this information onto our Dispatch Manager. If the order has been damaged due to this please let us know and we will be happy to replace it for you.

I ordered a full set of cartridges and an extra bulk black cartridge. I received 4 separate deliveries. 1 Black, 1 Black, 1 Yellow and 1 Magenta & Cyan all the boxes in each batch were damaged although the cartridges themselves seem ok and they took several days to arrive.

Cartridges took ages to arrive. I ordered three and they arrived in separate parcels days apart. The colour cartridge had leaked and was a mess. Once cleaned up it was fine, as were the others.

All products with this service offered are clearly marked with a countdown clock showing you how long you have left to order to benefit from this service.

Unfortunately the quality of ink cartridges refurbished ones are not good, my printer is all messy and the ink finishes REALLY quickly, more than the expected even for refills and I got the extra ones. Very disappointed!!!!

Appalling how quickly the Ink ran out. I barely got 15 pages If that!! Not all were full colour either. Very poor and extremely bad value for money. Wont be using you again. Sorry

I received two 'compatible' ink cartridges, one black and one colour for my Canon printer model PIxma M5650. The printer rejected the colour cartridge stating that it was empty.This was on Tuesday 8th March 2015.

Used cartridge people via Quidco cashback site. It's the 2nd time I have done this and the 2nd time they have refused to pay the cashback for no reason. I won't be using them a 3rd time.

I have used Cartridge People for some time now, purchasing pattern inks (CL 520/521) for my Canon printer. In the past, have had no complaints but the cartridges supplied recently are of an obviously lower quality - the last one I tried did not work at all.

Dear Jan I am sorry that you have had problems with the cartridges supplied by ourselves. We did send an email to you directly asking for further information regarding the faults you are experiencing. Can you please advise the make and model of your printer, if the cartridges has a white sticker with the letters EP displayed? also what the problem is you are having with the cartridges, i.e are there any error messages coming up on the printer when the cartridges are inserted?
