“Having regularly bought laser printer cartridges and paper from Cartridge People over several years on behalf of the church for our printer, we were left with a full set of unopened/unused cartridges when the printer fairly suddenly developed an incurable malfunction, with the period for returns past. A phone call to Customer Services about the problem was dealt with very helpfully by Caroline, who guided me on how to return the cartridges and obtain a credit to the account. Hopefully this will come through as quickly as the Royal Mail 24 hour delivery was completed, so that we can invest in a new printer - this time a refillable one for less than the cost of a set of laser cartridges.”

“My order of inks was dealt with very quickly and was delivered the next day although I hadn’t requested this. It was delivered to my neighbour by mistake, but when I contacted Cartridge People they were very helpful and said they would reissue and claim cost from the courier. My neighbour was away and their property has electric gates so I couldn’t just get my parcel which was on my neighbours drive. Another neighbour managed to reach it with a lawn rake and scoop it back under the gate. I advised Cartridge People who thanked me for my ( my neighbours effort. It was nice being able to talk to a real person instead of the ‘chat’ with the courier which wasn’t going anywhere.chris1969”

“I ordered Cartridge People own-brand cartridges for my HP printer but on installing the black one, the printer wouldn't recognise it. I e-mailed customer services seeking advice, Phil responded less than an hour later and we very quickly suspected the cartridge was faulty. I opted for a replacement rather than a full refund, the cartridge was promptly despatched and delivered and the printer is again working perfectly. Great service and support. Would certainly recommend.”

“I had the need to complian about a 'non'delivery' by DPD. DPD failed to deliver the next day as booked and then failed again the second day. I had evidence that the parcel was delivered to the wrong block of flats. I was unable to track the parcel down. Chris answered my call to Cartridge People and dealt with my story with patience and then proceeded to instigate corrective action as we spoke. He cancelled my order and issued a new one for action that afternoon for a delivery next day. He refunded the money I had paid for next day delivery on the original order and sent a corrective action message to DPD. Great service from a first class customer facing agent. Well done Chris and thank you.”

“They deliver quick service in terms of both delivery and customer queries. I have ordered from them twice now, and will continue to use their services. I rerached out to customer service regarding cancelling an order that contained an OOS item, and they responded and actioned my request the same day.”

“Excellent company, always good on price, with very efficient delivery. Even when I ordered wrong inks, way forward explained (Rachel) & new inks rec'd next day via Evri. In fact returned incorrectly ordered inks via the same Evri delivery man, who put them in the system. Refund acknowledged by the CP team & was back on my credit card the next day. Many thanks to all involved.”
