“I was able to find exactly what I wanted and it arrived within a couple of days. Only negative was that I thought I was buying a genuine Epson Cartridge so I paid the extra but my printer has still registered it as a third party product. Otherwise, a very good service”

“Spoke to Aden on the 30th April 2026 about returning 2 cartridges which have not been opened. I have replaced the old printer with a new HP printer. Aden has sent me details about how to return and therefore put credit on my account for future purchases.”

“I had a cartridge fail over the bank Holiday weekend and contacted CP Support without much hope of getting a response. To my surprise and delight Phil got back to me, asked a few sensible questions then immediately arranged for a replacement to be sent out. Happy to recommend any company that provides this kind of Support nowadays.”

“I had a bit of an odd query the other day for Cartridge People: I suddenly found that my printer was not printing complete lines of text (horizontally). When my IT people told me it must be something wrong with the printer and not an IT problem, I thought I would call CP on the off chance to see if they had any good mobile printer technicians in my area, thinking to myself that this was fairly unlikely. But luckily it was Phil who took my query because he realised almost straight away that the printing problem I had could well have been something wrong with my ink cartridge, rather than the printer itself. Always great to have someone working for a company who actually has useful knowledge on their subject matter rather than to only ever be able to see if they can sell something to the customer. To cut a long story short Phil went right to the heart of my problem straight away and managed to sort it for me by suggesting therefore I just change the cartridge. On top of that he has been good enough to send me an extra cartridge in the post. So i had gone from being worried that my old printer was dying to just sorting the matter with a cartridge change within about 10 minutes. Thanks again so much Phil - you are a credit to your company!”

“Placed an order for toner and imaging unit for next day delivery. However, there was an issue with the delivery address and the order was about to be delivered somewhere else. Fortunately, Chris was able to have the order returned and diverted it to the correct address. He also made sure that the billing, delivery address etc were up to date and run through payment and other account options. All done very swiftly and efficiently. The order was received with no issues . Happy with Chris and the service he's provided. Thank you :-)”

“Found this company to be my "go to" for all my stationery and printing supplies. We had a little problem the other day when I had a delivery arrive minus some of the items which has disappeared in transit. I phoned in to customer services and spoke to CHRIS. Before I put the phone down I had an email confirming the despatch of items to replace those missing in my delivery. They turned up the next day with a smiling DPD courier. Thanks Chris - thats real customer service!”
