“We found a car that is within our budget with the help of Peter vardy dundee staffs. Salesperson Rob followed up closely from sales day up to the day we collected the car.
The reason for not giving full stars was because we were made to wait for more than an hour despite having made an appointment. As our initial Salesperson was not there on that day hence confusion aroused during the viewing. We had not decided to buy the car but was put over to the handover team, who thought otherwise. The overall experience on that day was not pleasant. We were supposed to be booked in for a proper test drive and checks on the car but test drive was not carried out properly on main roads. Reason given was no "proper test drive" have been booked in.
It would also be much more helpful had there been a person who could explain the car in much more detailed on the day of viewing. For eg if the rust near brake disc will affect the safety and performance of the car; what's the difference between ecoboost and econetic; what are the documents which could show us that it is a car with ecoboost. We were also not shown V5C of the car till we asked about it. It will be much more informative shall knowledge of staffs are up to the standard.
But we are still grateful for the help and attention we received the first day visiting the car store and after we bought the car. No pressure was given onto buying a car and follow up phone calls were made to make sure that we are satisfied with the car. A Bluetooth device has also been promised to be installed and we are looking forward to it.”
