I ordered the car shades and they arrived relatively fast. However I just could not get use.to the visibility especially out of the rear window. I have sent 2 emails and have never received a reply to any of them. I have followed the returns policy and sent the shades back and have the confirmation of delivery as well as photo. This was also followed by an email explaining why (which they asked in the returns policy) which again was not replied to. I have tried calling numerous times and it just rings out and puts you first in the queue for 30 min. I have not received my refund or even confirmation I will. And after reading these reviews it seems people are experiencing the same. A good product (just not for me) let down by poor customer service
