“Bought a set of shade for my Lexus IS which arrived promptly and well packaged, the shades are a perfect fit for the rear side windows but the enclosed instructions are useless and it's not very clear how to attach the supplied clips correctly, I've tried to contact the company for clarification and nobody picked up the phone so l left a voicemail with my details and so far 5 days later no response from Car Shades.”

“I bought some bespoke car shades for my Honda jazz about a year ago and they have been fantastic, exactly what I was looking for to shade the back passengers and provide some privacy. Very easy to install and very effective. Great quality material. Unfortunately one of the supplied clips broke recently and after contacting the company they provided fantastic customer service and supplied me with a replacement clip the next day. Amazing product and amazing service. Very happy customer.”

“Item was dispatched quickly, and fit perfectly into the frame of the car. However (based on a video from the official Car Shades YouTube channel video of demonstrating how to install) I believe that there was a part missing - the tool used to pull back the rubber around the door and avoid damaging the car's paint.”

Hi Lee We apologise that this tool wasn't in your set, however, not all windows require this tool to pull the rubber seal back as some seals are softer than others.
