“The shade effectiveness is really good. The ability to open the windows whilst the shade is in, is also great. The fitting itself is a little fiddly, it took me a while to get the clips on the shade and although it's fitted and pretty snug, I'm still not 100% I've done it correctly.”

“I've bought car shades from carshades.co.uk a few times before, and they are of a good quality and "do what they say on the tin". Very good for our dogs when we travel with them in the car; keeps the sun off them to a minimum and keeps the car cooler, plus also less prying eyes looking into the car but we can still see out fairly easily. My only grip is that the rear window shade comes in two halves, and thus there is a thick-ish band down the middle, although you do get used to it. All in all, a good product.”

“Great concept but for the price I expected better instructions. You get a sheet of blurry/pixelated images. One of the clips broke and when I emailed, I heard nothing back. If you get the shades to fit, they do look great though.”

“Blinds are perfect. Fit perfectly. Ordered a second set for wife's car. I broke 2 of the clips by being too heavy handed and car shades sent out more clips for free. Excellent customer service will definitely recommend.”

“My order, of 2 rear door window shades, arrived securely packaged & included a handy zipped storage bag. Following the printed instructions I found the clips, which hold the shades in place, easy to fit & they do their job effectively. The shades are well made & are accurately sized to cover the windows perfectly, resulting in a satisfying appearance. I wanted the shades to screen the incoming sunlight & to reduce the view of the interior, from the outside, for added security. They successfully achieve both requirements, therefore I am entirely satisfied with my purchase.”

“Pros: They are tailored to the car, fit really well with no gaps and look very neat. You can open the car windows for ventilation. They are secure when in place but it's quick and easy to pop them in and out of the clips as needed. Cons: They are expensive and the fitting instructions aren't clear enough, I had to mess around with the clips quite alot before getting them right. Verdict: Having tried various cheap shades before (even some from a reputable store, which broke when I tried to fit them) these are the best I've seen, and worth it if you can afford them. Just be prepared to fiddle with the clips a bit to get them just right.”
