“Although I finally received the Clips for my Ford Touneo window shades, I am unable to give a better score due to the poor response of your telephone contact service. twice I have contacted the number provided to gain help and assistance for my order & requirements and twice I was left waiting for someone to answer the phone call. This was despite twice being told I was first in the queue. The first occasion I was on the phone for an half hour the second time I was not going to get caught again, yhe call lasting just 5 minutes. You need to sort this out.”

“Installation manual is useless. The images showing how the clips should sit are far too dark and small. Shades themselves do the job well.”

“Shades are good. I ordered door shades and did nt realise you could get boot shades aswell. Because i ordered following a google link. Asked to buy them separately and they said no. I did nt want to send door shades back just to get full pack. Bit disappointed of not been able to purchase boot shades.”

“Must admit that the quality of shade material is satisfactory however, the tear window shades were difficult to fot as the shade was larger than the window aperture which resulted in excessive bending on the frame if the shade and clips popping out of the glass run channel and plastic side panels on rear quarter panels. Clips keep on popping out due to fitment condition under strain. Could have done with extra clips too as supplied with minimum parts whereas additional clips may have held the shade permanent to the window aperture”

“Excellent quality shades but the clips let them down badly. I fitted them to an x7 and I believe a clip that would adhere to the window frame or window itself would work much better.”

“Had my shades for a while now and love them the only thing that’s a problem is I had ordered the wrong set for my car and spoke to some one who said to send them back and payed for and received new ones but it’s been over a month now and I’m still waiting for a refund Every time I ring there is never any answer Iv been the next caller for over an hour I rang at 9:02am and ended up hanging up at 10:13 am I would just like my refund as it’s not a little bit of money”

“Great shades, poor fitting instructions (too zoomed out and the videos aren’t much help either). The tools to fit them can scratch the paint work and should ideally be a different material.”

Hi Luca These were despatched on the 14th July and the current status is Zurich-Airport - SWITZERLAND On Hold - Customs - Awaiting Customs Clearance This is therefore on route and please keep an eye out from the courier about clearance from customs in case they need you to take any action. “Side windows fit perfect on Ford Grand C-max. Rear window shades don’t stay in place :(. Made my own clips out of paper clip wire to help stay square, but still needs more work to stop dropping down to low and leaving a gap at the top”

“Side shades perfect. Rear shades had a gap between which I had to put a small cable tie to connect the two panels . Which then made them look baggy .”

“Rear shades for Yaris 2015 do not fit correctly. The clips cannot be placed in the positions in the instructions or they won't go behind the trim correctly. The rear shade does not stay on AT ALL. Literally 2 seconds after the clips are slid behind the trim the shade pops out. Waste of money.”

“Main Window shades fit very well. The smaller window shields however keep popping out and the same with the back window. One stays in place very well the other the bracket just keeps twisting and popping out”

Hi We are sorry that you aren't entirely satisfied with your Car Shades and please be assured they can be returned for a full refund with our 30-day money-back guarantee. However, as our Car Shades are made from a mesh fabric they offer a 72% reduction in light coming through a window compared to windows with a Car Shade in place, unfortunately, they aren't a complete blackout solution. “Ok, so the premise is fantastic, delivery quick and the shades are brilliant; HOWEVER, on both sets that I have ordered the clips are absolutely impossible to get onto the shade frame; they’re just too small (and I’ve asked 3 other people to try). I’ve tried calling several times and for ages each time but never get through. So I’ve resorted to Gorilla tape to stick them on. Effective, but not an elegant solution hence 3 stars not the 5 they would have been.”

Hi Rebecca - we are sorry you are having issues with your clips and we would certainly like to try and help you get them attached so you can remove the Gorilla Tape. If you are having issues attaching the c-shaped clips to the frame try and push just one corner onto the frame at a 45-degree angle first rather than all of the clip at once as you can get more pressure through the corner, then once that bit is on the rest is usually a lot easier to push down. “Have previously used car shades for other vehicles and returned again due to quality of product. Once again product is of great quality and fits as should. Only problem was packaging is quite flimsy and both sets of shades that arrived were bent. Not wanting to go through the hassle of returning I straightened them out to as straight as possible by eye and fitted to vehicles.”
