“The blinds are fantastic this is the second set I have purchased. One set for my car and another set for my daughter’s car. The toddler loves them and it keeps the new baby cool in this hot sunny weather. Cannot recommended them enough as they are easy to install and the firm have full backup if you hit a snag. Well deserved 5 star rating. I’ve got a new car on order so will be ordering a set to fit the new car when it’s delivered.”

“Rear passenger blinds fit well in frame but clips become unstuck from sticky foam pad and fall out (happened couple of times). Side windows in boot blinds are ok. The rear window blinds had to jam them between plastic boot trim and glass to make them fit as seem to big for the frame and the plastic clips absolutely useless, couldn’t get them to fit in any position and the instructions/pictures are diabolical (I can work most things out) and I don’t like the line down the middle of the window because it comes in two half's. If I purchased again I would only get rear passenger blinds.”

“What can I say - tried them all then found Car Shades. Quality is excellent, fit is perfect (Discovery), and as the vehicle is used for camping and overlanding provides a good bit of privacy and security too as well as shade. Aftersales service is good too. Had the smallest of issues (issue at MY end and NOT product), but all sorted in a quick email and follow-up call. Would definitely recommend.”

“Our car was extremely hot for our children and dog. My husband, who finds DIY challenging, was able to fit the blinds in a short time. The blinds are fantastic and completely shade the rear seats and boot whilst we can still open the windows. A really good buy”

“Absolutely brilliant! Ordered shades for our 2012 ford focus and they fit perfectly. Easy to install and bonus is you can still open the window, just as they say you can. Would recomend 100%”

“I have a Ford Mondeo MK4 hatchback and found that the concept is great! However, I recently did a big trip with the shades (1500miles) and found that the shades tend to get one clip loose when the window is down and driving in highways at 70mph. Therefore, I have to keep pushing them up which I find upsetting. I will probably have to try to fix it myself by adding something to the bottom of the shades in order to increase their height.”

“Carshades for my Qashqai+2 fit like a glove. Only slight problem was with rear doors as can only use self adhesive clips so not as secure. However this was resolved immediately by customer services which sent additional clips through the post. 100 percent satisfied with this product. Looks great and kids love having windows down without risk of bugs coming in. Would highly recommend this product.”

“Excellent quality shades, perfect size for the car, the only thing which could be better are the clips. They are 'ok' and they work but could do with being a bit stronger in how they clip to the shades.”

“Would have given 4.5 out of 5 but the system doesn't allow this. The blinds fit my Auris estate quite well. The only one that let's a little light in is the tailgate at the join where, in my vehicle, it doesn't quite meet (3-4mm gap) To me this was the most important one as my dogs travel in the Boot. Fitting well takes time, fiddly rather than difficult. The clip for the tailgate join was missing so I rung the supplier who apologised and said they would send me another and some spare clips. These arrived the very next morning so after sales support seems very good. I purchased as I have been worried that in very hot weather my aircon is not reaching to the back, which could cause my dogs to be too hot on long journeys. I got in my car yesterday when it was 35 deg C in the boot, according to my fitted temperature probe, I put the windows down and the aircon on. I drove a couple of hundred yards and closed the windows. After driving 3 Miles the temperature in the boot was 24 deg C. I will continue to monitor but this seems excellent.”

“Really good product, fit my mk3 estate focus perfectly. These are obviously precision designed for each car. My only observation would be the instructions weren't that clear and could do with captions on the pictures. Also the clips were hard to distinguish between the types. I had the full set and struggled to tell the difference between the passenger window clips and the boot cabin window clips. They also didn't attach to the blind easily and one pinged off. But once they are in its a really good product with complete coverage”
