I’m sure it’s a scam. I’ve had 3 emails saying order is delayed. I’m coming up to 20 days since I placed my order. I’ve requested a refund. If they didn’t have the materials to make my mats the should have been honest. Very disappointing. Not sure I’ll get my money back as they don’t offer a telephone number. Another red flag if you ask me

I placed an order for a mat on the website using vehicle specifics and registration.When the mat arrived it didn’t fit and Car.Mats.co.uk are taking no responsibility for the fact I’m left with a mat that doesn’t fit. Be very wary of using this company, engage their services at your peril. I now have to source the mat again from a company who can supply the correct mat. Shocking way to treat customers, hiding behind online sales!

Unfortunately each motorhome conversion company produces slightly different layouts and the mats required can vary slightly. We don't have a set suitable for your specific vehicle.

They ask for car registration but do not believe they check as I ordered the wrong model.When got in touch and gave them my car registration for the second time they would not let me exchange but offered 40% discount if purchased new ones now stuck with mats that can not be used.Think if registration was checked against order the first time this would not have happened.Would not use this company again.

It's not possible to always identify the exact mats required for a vehicle from the registration alone, our search tool provides the options available to you. Where an order has been customised it falls outside of our returns policy, as your order had.

Ordered a full set for my Audi A7 including the boot mat Took far too long to process (outside of the expected time frame given) Only when I messaged saying I'll be requesting a refund through PayPal that I had notification of the dispatch. When they arrived they were nothing special but they have the hideous CarMats label sticking out on every mat. I'll pay the extra next time and get official ones.

Your mats were dispatched in line with the orders from the day you ordered, production was behind in May due to the bank holidays. You ordered our Grand mats, our second of 5 qualities of carpet. Audi OEM carpet is closer to our Executive range which you might have been happier with.

Good afternoon I ordered my car mats for my new car and have still not received them. Ordered 17 May, I have emailed several times and had a response to say they are slightly behind on my order but no idea of a despatch date.

Scammers after I opened PayPal claim they messaged me that they will make my matts next day lol what a coincidence. No updates no matts, waiting for money back via PayPal resolution centre.

Your order was already in production when you opened the Paypal case, we didn't respond to say that we'd make them the next day, we said they'd leave us soon when production was complete. The initial delay with your order was because the embroidery you entered is trademarked, this delayed production whilst we waited for a response as to how you'd like the embroidery changing.

My order took over 3 weeks to arrive even though, they said it would take up to 9 days and when they did arrive the bag was open and the address label was stuck on the mats itself and now I can’t get the sticker off.

Absolutely diabolical customer service. Stay clear from this company. Delivery was not at time expected ordered full set and came in different colours and at different times. Company won’t accept any responsibility. Atrocious and not cheap mats to boot.

Hi Helen Thank you for your order & for leaving a review. I'm sorry to hear that you're not happy with the service provided. We aim to deliver all orders within 9 working days which we did for half of your order which was delivered on the 8th working day. The second part of your order was delivered after 10 working days. Please accept our apologies for this delay. We try to ship all orders together where possible but rather than delaying your entire order we opted to ship the Elite mats sooner. The colour of the trim is different between the car mats & boot mat ordered as different qualities of carpet & edging choices were made when ordering. The Blue edging on our Super mats is a different shade of blue from the Dark Blue Nubuck selected for the Elite mats.

ORDER CM-276429-S Order placed on 27th March. Never arrived but got an email on 5th April stating ‘we hope you love your Mats’ 12 April still no Mats and company blamed UK Mail so I requested a refund on 13th April. ORDER CM-293167-S 6th May decided to give them another chance as lots of positive reviews. Perhaps I was unlucky last time. Well apparently not. Seems fulfilling orders on agreed timescales is a problem. 8th May my mats ‘entered production’. 12th May my order is ‘nearly ready’. 20th May ‘Thank you for your patience’ 23rd May I’ve emailed about the ‘poor service’ If no plausible explanation I'll request another refund.

Into my 3rd week waiting for mats and still no word of dispatch date ,after 3 days they were cut 2 days later in the finishing dept almost 2 weeks later they can’t tell me when they will be dispatched ,beginning to wonder if I’ve been scammed !

I do alot of work with transit customs so I thort I would try this company for some new mats for my personal can after I was recommended this company by a friend , on the website it says up to 9 working days for delivery however I am now on my 18th day and still no delivery , I emailed this company and have asked for at least a part refund and to see where my order is , they said it still hasn't been shipped yet , disappointed is an understatement as I have ordered these for a Van show I had this weekend

Never received mats due to myself cancelling the order as I waited over a week then had an email stating it could be another 9 days before they MIGHT arrive. Don't bother not worth the stress

Ordered boot mat for a Q5 what arrived was like a piece of spare carpet. Absolute rubbish product does not fit.

You've ordered a boot mat for a 2008-2017 Audi Q5, your Q5 was registered in 2021 and is the later model. The boot mat you've received won't be a good fit for the vehicle based upon this as it is for a different vehicle.

The mats are of poor quality; the images you see may not represent the mat you are ordering. After my mats were received, I did complain but to no avail. It was then suggested that I should have asked for a picture to check on what I was getting for my money. I would have thought it was not difficult to see an image of the mat quality you ordered at the time of purchase. Don't listen to the hype.

Sorry but I wont deal with company in the future. The delivery time was abysmal. I understand they don't keep stocks and make to order but their delclared dilivery time to leave the factory is 1-7 days - mine just short of 3 weeks, but not the fault of the courier. I also thought I'd ordered a rubber mat and was delivered a carpet with rubber underneath. Obviously, their website isn't 100% clear on this. Or maybe Im thick!!

The mats ordered were our Grand option which are a carpet mat, we offer a rubber mat called "Off Road Rubber" which it sounds like is what you wanted. Ordered the mats 18 days ago and they STILL haven’t arrived. Same excuses as other reviews on here. They apparently always have problems as they are busy!! Would not have ordered them if I’d known and read reviews first. Lesson learnt. If the mats ever arrive, i’ll give an honest review on quality and if they fit.
