Do not order from this company if you need your mats within 2 weeks. Mine still haven’t arrived and therefore I can’t comment on the quality. I hope they are worth the wait. Disappointed

Not sure why it takes 9 days to arrive. Mats were completely underwhelming but I guess you get what you pay for. Halfords premier mats next time, yes an extra tenner but IMHO better quality and in your car same day 🚘.

We offer a range of qualities, you've opted for our Grand mats, it sounds like you may have been happier with our Super, Executive or Elite mats. All our mats are tailored to a specific vehicle, unlike universal mats that you can purchase from automotive stores.

Day 26 and still no mats. Oh DHL have lost it you said. Possible I know but DHL seem to lose a lot of your products. Maybe just maybe it will be worth the wait when or if they finally arrive, not holding my breath though. Would I personally use this company or recommend this firm NOT A CHANCE

Hi Luigi Thank you for your order & for leaving a review. You are correct that we have had a number of issues with DHL recently, we're currently using a different courier for all orders. We've spoken via email but please accept my apologies for your lost order & the inconvenience caused. As discussed a replacement set is being manufactured and entered manufacturing earlier this week. As your order requires embroidery it won't leave us until early next week.

I ordered my matts on 8th April. The following week I received an email queuing the trim colour as it hadn’t been recorded. I then noticed on my shop app the order had been cancelled. I queried this with the company receiving a email confirmation cancellation & reorder. I was sent a link for the new order, but no order no. so unable to check status. I’ve emailed the company twice requesting an update & requesting the order number. I haven’t heard anything since. Email is the only means of contact. I would ask for a refund if I could speak with someone directly.

You ordered on the 8th of April but there was an issue with your order and our team emailed on the 12th to discuss the options you'd selected. This delayed the production of your order by a few days. You requested to confirm your new order number on Monday afternoon and our team replied a few hours later on Tuesday morning. It's possible our replies are going into your spam folder as we've replied to every email received. We'll reach out to discuss the order with you on the phone.

Honestly shocking service, delivery got lost which is not all their faults, but then they took a while to ship the new one so it arrived about 15 WORKING days after order. Also quality is shocking I got the super so it's supposedly velour but it doesn't not feel it, and it didn't come with the clips to mount to my car. If you want reliable service and prompt delivery, do not buy from here

Hi Adrian Thank you for your email and for leaving a review. I'm sorry to hear that you're not happy with the service provided. We can only apologise that the first order was lost. Your original set of mats was ordered on the 27th March and left us on the 31st March but unfortunately, these were lost by DHL and not delivered. You contacted our customer services on Thursday 6th (just before Easter Bank Holiday) who confirmed the mats had been lost with DHL. The team arranged for a replacement to be manufactured when we opened after Easter starting on Tuesday 11th April. The replacement set was dispatched 3 working days later on the 14th of April, this set was delivered on Saturday 15th April. The mats come with the plastic fixings in the mats themselves, these are compatible with Ford OEM fixings that should already be in your footwell. If these aren't present then you would need to get these fitted into your footwell.

IT says on the website. Delivery is 9 days from the order going in. However. This is incorrect. I ordered on the 2nd April. It is now the 16th April. And still not had the mats delivered. So for. A total of 14 days? And still not sent an email or text message saying they have been dispatched. Not happy?

Do not be taken in by the false descriptions for these products. These mats are expensive and do nothing to enhance the interior of a car. I opted for the ‘Super’ range and there is absolutely nothing super about the quality of the mat. The size and shape is perfect, but the quality leaves a lot to be desired. I am bitterly disappointed with these mats as i really only needed a driver’s mat and have now spent £42.75 on something that I will never use. Anyone out there need a new but poor quality set of mats for their BMW X4? You can have these for £25.00!

Hi Ronnie Thank you for your order & for leaving a review. I'm sorry to hear that you're not happy with the mats you've received. Our Super mats are a great quality product, they are a velour mat, rather than needlepunch (as Motor & Grand are). As a result, the pile is very tight, and deliberately short at 4.5mm, this ensures that dirt struggles to penetrate the mat and limits the marks your feet can make on the mat. These are extremely hardwearing and used in lease vehicles. OEM BWM mats would be closer to our Executive range which might have been what you were looking for. I know you've discussed this with our team and hopefully you'll consider using us again in future.

Used this company b4 all good not this time waited 3 weeks for mats to come still never came couple messages saying sorry for delay ended up cancelling my order just bought new car and had no mats for 3 weeks not good enough

Incredibly SLOW DELIVERY SERVICE ! Ordered boot liner and internal mats at a cost of £91 odd 11 days ago, received just the boot liner yesterday, which is squashed / wonky. Plus nothing else in box... NO internal mats? Thinking about the climate, why send in TWO boxes?! Got text saying delivering soon but now been over 12 days and nothing? TWO WEEKS waiting on delivery, with muddy footwell in car now! Very expensive compared to other companies and incredible slow service. NOT IMPRESSED and won't be using again nor recommending.

The boot liner and car mats are sent separately as the boot mat is a stocked product, whereas the car mats are made to order to your specification. We believe these offer great value at £91 for a moulded rubber boot liner for your Honda Jazz and a full set of rubber car mats. Due to the Easter bank holiday it has only been 5 working days since you placed your order, the rest of your order will be leaving this week as discussed over email this weekend.

Ordered two items at the same time first item arrived but no second item to them be told might 1-3 days after 2 days still no dispatch notice awful delivery scheduling form company all items should be dispatched together

So I got above average deal and overall wasn't that impressed, didn't think the quality was much better than cheap ones I used before, I change mats on average 6 monthly due to my trade as electrical engineer and wanting to look after carpets in van. Also not the best fit in the middle puffs up

I'm so disappointed with my car mats in fact I feel as if I've been CONNED....... I ordered through your company as I felt it was an easy option. Type in car registration and the perfect fit mats for that vehicle was made for you.... I actually order two sets 1 for our citreon van and a set for our volvo car. The car mats were a terrible fit especially the front 2 and none of the clips matched up totally wrong shape.. The van mat was also a poor fit. I spent £64.97 on this order.. Never will use this company again. SHOCKING SERVICE

The worst online experience- I ordered a month ago a set of car mats and the order got lost and till now it’s a nonsense email chain conversation around when the order will be delivered. I already requested a refund to which I got no response - all emails take at least 1 day to be answered (poor customer service) - don’t waste your time and more don’t waste your money.

Motorhome owners beware! Although Carmats advertise a “bespoke” service, and indeed ask for your registration number so you can be assured of the perfect fit of mat, sadly this is not the case. Our motorhome habitation floor extends into the cab area and so the cab mat requires an (approx) 2” extension in the centre of the mat. The mat supplied is cut straight across therefore leaving this gap open. Despite contacting them about the fit I was unable to return the mat as it had been “customised” by the addition of a heel pad. I accepted that I probably should not have ordered the mat in the first place and asked if there was any chance they could send me a waste off cut that I could use to fill the gap. Firstly I was told no, as their manufacturing process is so precise that there is no waste. I persisted but was then told they could not send me an off cut as it would have unfinished edges. So, buyer beware. Check with them that the mat will actually fit your motorhome before you part with your hard earned cash.

Your motorhome is made by Autotrail and the cab mat is not a Fiat shape as purchased but one specified by Autotrail. The shape of the Fiat mat purchased does differ to the Autotrail mat you have in your cab, and the shape was shown on the product page purchased from. Our team have been in touch with you so we can manufacture a mat to the same shape as your existing Autotrail mat which we hope will resolve the issue for you.

I ordered mats for my van thinking I’d pay a bit extra and get something that would last. I upgraded from the basic mats to the Grand. First off I was surprised at the length of time the order took to arrive but didn’t mind thinking that if they were truly tailor made they would take time. Eventually the mats arrived but were obviously ‘cobbled’ together with loose untrimmed thread on the edges and heel pad. I then noticed that the clip rings were at odd angles which were obviously wrong. I had to remove the fixings to fix straight but found that they had been forced together unaligned causing one of them to split. I was still happy to fit them and forget about it even though they weren’t quite a tailored fit…. Two months down the line the heel pad has totally worn through to the base carpet. £30 for a pair of mats that are basically rubbish? Spend your money elsewhere if you don’t want to be disappointed.

I paid £40 for mats for my Skoda octavia. Not only do they feel cheap they haven't got the holes that clip them in to the foot well. Could have got better mats at Halfords won't be using this again

Hi David Thank you for your order and email. I'm sorry to hear about the issue with your mats. The mats ordered have fixings in both the driver and front passenger mats. I understand that your new vehicle has come with only fixings in the footwell for the driver's mat. Some models for your vehicle have fixings in both front footwells so we supply the mats with this in mind. The mats will simply lie flat and not connect to any fixings in the passenger footwell.

They made mistake with drivers mat wrong one sent but they said I need to bye new set the ones that don’t fit cost £73 so why should I pay for their mistake iam reporting this company to trading standards for them to look at how they rob people

Shocking customer service.. fobbed off with short blunt replies through email. Disregarded my issue completely. The pictures showing the quality of the mats is nothing like the inferior quality you receive. Cheap quality at a premium price.. AVOID..go to halfords they're far better all round.

Customer service is appalling. Am I expecting too much to ask that the incorrect mats that I paid for be replaced with the ones that I ordered and more importantly actually fit my car ? I was sent wrong mats and instead of replacing them CarMats are asking me to purchase new ones !! Do not use this company and if you have to then avoid using the registration facility..... as it clearly doesnt work.

Your registration returns several possible vehicles on the registration lookup due to the year of the vehicle. It isn't possible to always select just a single set of mats as layouts of footwells can even during the production of a single model. We're always happy to offer advice if customers are unsure during the ordering process. Unfortunately the wrong option was selected and you ordered mats for a newer model than you have. As your order has been customised it isn't eligible for a return so our team have offered a substantial discount on a replacement order.
