I ordered my matts on 8th April. The following week I received an email queuing the trim colour as it hadn’t been recorded. I then noticed on my shop app the order had been cancelled. I queried this with the company receiving a email confirmation cancellation & reorder. I was sent a link for the new order, but no order no. so unable to check status. I’ve emailed the company twice requesting an update & requesting the order number. I haven’t heard anything since. Email is the only means of contact. I would ask for a refund if I could speak with someone directly.
