“We were served by Abigail at Sheffield CareCo. its not the first time we have been there and bought items off them. She was very good, and knew all about the rollators that we had gone to look at. We came away very happy with the outcome. We received the new rollator the following day, which was amazing as we only ordered it around 12 midday. A very good company and showroom at Sheffield. I can recommend them to anyone. Vincent Webster”

“Marina at the Maidstone branch was very helpful in selection of a new folding scooter and enabled all the tests, inside and outside the shop (trial use on hill) we requested. Explained all options for extended warrantee and insurance but was not pushy. Standard delivery accepted and item was delivered the following day. Scooter now up and in use with no problems and making life much easier.”

“Excellent Customer Service from the top down! I recently had an issue with my mothers wheelchair and had input and support from the top down - including the CEO and the Product Manager who took a personal interest in getting my mother mobile again. They were even responding immediately to emails in the evening and weekends, getting me easy to follow instructions to remedy the issue asap and keeping in contact to ensure the issue had been fixed. Excellent company, excellent service and excellent management - leading with customer service at the heart of how they do business - with the company following from their amazing example. Thanks to all of you my mother is mobile and happy again ... well done !!!”

“Wonderful service at Careco Brighton. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Lots of items on display and ready to try out. The showroom is large with parking. I purchased the new Airfold electric folding mobility scooter from Vicky, she certainly knows her scooters and is very knowledgeable. Also, tea and biscuits provided was a nice touch. I would highly recommend.”

“Visiting CareCo in Hayes was an experience! I did not know i was walking into a place where it felt like i was visiting old friends. We were offered a cup of tea and biccies, and we had a good old laugh with the sales team. I am very pleased with my purchase of a chair and i'm looking forward to receiving this over the next couple of weeks. Thank you CareCo, it's so refreshing to have a place so happy and helpful. My only negative point - it would be fab to have some music playing”

“Since Covid, CareCo is the only mobility retailer to survive in the heart of Canterbury, but my Wife and I wouldn't shop anywhere else, even if we had the luxury of other options. We have been visitors here since it opened some years ago, buying 2 scooters and a riser-recliner each in the process, with no issues whatsoever. The staff are consistently attentive, with the main emphasis placed on the right product for us both, with no hard sell. As somebody with over 30 years' experience within international sales I can assure you this is very rare. We are even greeted by name now such is our regularity, and also have got to know the team by their names too. A reassuring, caring showroom, part of a wonderfully run operation. Bravo CareCo.”
