“rom the minute we entered the store, Coral introduced herself and guided us through the trial of, and subsequent purchase of a mobility scooter for my mother. Her knowledge and friendly, jovial nature really helped my mother choose her new scooter, and although Coral gave us all the information she needed to, at no point did we feel under pressure to buy anything. Her no nonsense, but extremely helpful attitude gave us confidence and my mother was able to make an informed choice. Coral is an absolute credit to your company.”

“I am autistic with a POTS like profile which means I need to use a support stick all the time, especially out and about but sometimes indoors, too. I wouldn’t go anywhere else other than CarrCo, their products are brilliant, their walking canes are durable, lightweight and easy to transport and put into a bag or store when you’re not using them. I use the Epsom waking canes and the Harmony cane and really value the brilliant customer service and range of products that CareCo offers.”

“Lorraine called me today to confirm all my details were correct before my delivery. She was very thorough with explaining everything to me. A great added purchase of chair covers which I didn't know about. A absolutely lovely sincere lady.”

“Fantastic customer service throughout. Lauren from the Canterbury branch was welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble. Darryl and Dan also need a mention because they also provided five star service when delivering the riser recliners. They ensured the delivery ran smoothly and stress free. They even helped my husband to move the old recliner into the back of his van. Overall, a very positive experience from start to finish from outstanding CareCo staff”

“I purchased a Maxis mobility scooter from Sheffield showroom on 20/5/24 I was greeted by with a big smile by Abigail who was extremely knowledgeable of all the different scooters and their suitability for my specific retirements. I cannot praise Abigail highly enough, it is very rare in today’s age to receive such outstanding and exceptional service. One again thank you Abigail.”

“I went to Care Co at the Leicester Branch Yesterday 17th May looking for a Tri Walker Rollator.I was attended to by Mike who was really helpful in showing me a few walkers to try out and explaining to me how to adjust and use them. I plumped for the Prolite Nero Sport Model which is both lite and easy to use and also easy to fold and put into the car it's very modern too in a lovely Teal colour.I am looking forward to using my new Rollator which gives me much more confidence when walking. I would strongly recommend a visit to Care Co. Ps my Rollator was delivered today 18th May less than 24 hours after I had purchased it. Many Thanks Linda Tivey.”

“I ordered my I-Go Pro today through CareCo assisted by Chloe. Nothing was too much trouble, and Chloe came across as very confident and knowlgeable. I was able to ride the stores I-Go Pro model around the store and outside in the carpark and pavement. I look forward to receiving my own powerchair in the next few days.”

“Excellent service from friendly helpful and knowledgable staff. Could not really fault them today. Nothing was to much trouble. Helped us and showed us the best way to put scooter in boot of our car. I believe they went the extra mile and were not pushy just to get a sale. Well done Jodie please don’t change your service level was excellent. Would certainly use you again in future.”

“I visited your Bournemouth showroom to buy a rollator for my wife. The Mobility Sales Advisor, Shane Williams, could not have been more helpful. I explained that my wife had Parkinson's Disease. Shane obviously understood the situation and spent time and patience describing the various options available. We decided on a Breeze 8 rollator, whereupon Shane adjusted the rollator to suit my wife. We placed the order and delivery was received within three days. The rollator was easily assembled with clear instructions provided. My wife has been using the rollator and her gait is much improved. Her stance is much more upright and she walks much more confidently. If she becomes a little tired, the seat is most welcome! Many thanks for excellent service throughout.”

“Went to careco at Newcastle upon Tyne to have a look at a particular mobility scooter. On entering the store I was meet by the actual store manager Loraine Corking I explained what I was looking for and she told me that the scooter was not available in store, however she did show me a similar scooter which let me see what the one I was looking for looked like. Loraine explained about the scooter I was looking for and she was very helpful with her knowledge on the product and also understanding my needs also. So I decided to go ahead and order the scooter I was looking. I can honestly say it was a very pleasant experience with no pressure to buy and I came home very happy with my experience at careco. And a big thank you to Loraine”

“A large, bright and airy showroom with easy parking and access. Greeted by a friendly lady who listened carefully to my criteria and showed me a variety of mobility scooters. She explained about the batteries and frame qualities and then showed us a couple more that we might like to consider. I was astounded by the scope and variety of the choices available. She pulled apart several models to show the ease of assembly and allowed my daughter to put a model in her car boot to demonstrate how it would fit. This was a considered purchase and it was so nice to be served by this very knowledgeable lady…nothing was too much trouble. Guarantee and insurance was carefully explained. Delivery was to be in 3/5 days. It is to arrive tomorrow! A follow up video was emailed to us. It was so nice to be attended by staff who really seem to care that their customers have the right product for them. In this day and age that is rare. Thank you CareCo.”

“Steve at care Co near Garforth west Yorkshire was absolutely brilliant. He had a brilliant understanding of the arthritic journey I'm on. He was so easy to speak to, was knowledgeable & assembled my secco 4 purple rollator with ease. It was easy to follow how he assembled the handles & checked the breaks. He made sure all was set up OK & that I was happy with the secco 4. Such a nice fella. I'm so impressed with the secco 4. It means I've got better posture, stand more upright & can walk easier than struggling with a stick. I chose the secco 4 because steel is a stronger metal for me than aluminium. The width means I can walk something like I used to & the seat & bag are great. The price was good but better with the extra discount. Thanks Steve. Thanks Care Co.”

“I wish to express my sincere thanks for the excellent customer service which my Dad and I received from your Ipswich branch on Friday 26 April, when we visited over the lunchtime period to discuss and purchase a mobility scooter. The entire experience was absolutely superb – from the initial greeting, right through to the purchase. The lady demonstrated very high level of friendliness, patience, and efficiency. She showed us how to put the scooter together and allowed my Dad more than adequate amount of time to try the scooter out. Dad was able to find out all he needed, and to try out the scooter, in a very comfortable manner without feeling rushed.”
