Marina at the Maidstone branch was very helpful in selection of a new folding scooter and enabled all the tests, inside and outside the shop (trial use on hill) we requested.
Explained all options for extended warrantee and insurance but was not pushy.
Standard delivery accepted and item was delivered the following day.
Scooter now up and in use with no problems and making life much easier.
