“Rollator arrived quickly and within the time slot given. It was easy to assemble, the quality of the design is good and it appears quite robust. I have yet to take it outside for a test drive but feel confident it will be up to the task.”

“Myself and my husband brought my 87 year old mum in for a lightweight wheelchair on the 20/8/2024.We met with Paula Gwynne We who was very helpful throughout the task of choosing the right wheelchair.She was very informative and recommended which would suit all our needs.My mum did decide on the wheelchair she liked and what suited us all as we have to lift the wheelchair when taking mum out.We left very happy and the wheelchair and the cushion arrived the next day, which was amazing service....We would fully recommend going to CareCo Anlaby retail park..The service is brilliant..Thank you Paula x”

“Sally Whatmore just left a new 5-star review of careco.co.uk: I've just taken delivery of a X-GO ADVANCE; although there had been a 8 week delay between purchase and delivery; I have to praise the gentlemen who delivered it me today. They took time to show me the controls, how to adjust the seat, back rest etc. It is now on it's first 24 hour charge before use, but I feel it is important to thank Sean & Ahmed for their attention to detail and friendly help and advice.”

“Went to canterbury depot. Had a demo of the wheelchair {Zora} I was interested in . Tried it and found it fantastic Even folded it up and it fitted in the back of the car easily. Ordered it and it came to my house next day. A month later I can honestly say it has changed my life . So light , so easily controlled, so good.”

“Great spacious showroom, excellent, knowledgeable staff and nothing too much trouble. I wanted to try out the Minimus mobility scooter and everything was well explained, any questions answered and a fun tootle round the showroom. Ordered my scooter, opting for next day delivery and I’ve never looked back! One of THE best purchasing experiences.”

“I travelled to CareCo in Romford to look at their large range of mobility scooters. I wanted one that was compact enough to fit in my car and was suitable for travel abroad. Other factors that were important to me were that it was comfortable and stable. The service I received was first class. Gillian was able to advise and guide me through the various options open to me. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I had a test drive and even had the opportunity to check that I would be able to get the scooter into the boot of my car. The scooter that I chose was a LiTech neon 15 with an additional battery that was airline compliant. To complete the sale, I was guided expertly through the process by Christine. Overall, I was extremely pleased with service that I received today.”

“Great service from ordering at the Norwich branch to delivery. Ordered on behalf of my Mum who with mobility issues couldn't get to the store, Sean & Ahmed delivered & assembled the riser recliner chair & showed Mum how to operate it, both very helpful & polite.”

“visited the peterborough store on a Saturday morning. We spent time with two members of staff Susan and Robert. My 2 year old took a liking to Robert as he had biscuits! 🤣 both staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. They were easily approachable and also very knowledgeable of the products. Susan was great. I explained to her my condition, and what kind of mobility scooter I wanted and its use. I had already been browsing online. Turned out the one I thought I would want the back of the seat was no good for my back problems being higher up my back. Susan quickly helped show me the next best one. We went to think about it all and went back later in the afternoon. Susan wasn’t there but Lisa was and she was great too. The staff are just so friendly and helpful. The showroom is great too. Easy to get around with plenty of space and u can try any of the scooters in and out of the store. We practised taking them apart to get into the car and then putting them back together again. I have scoliosis with 3 twists in my spine. I’m 37 and as much as I didn’t want a scooter at my age and the fear of embarrassment I have brought one to help with getting out and about more with my daughter. The staff were just so amazing and kind!”

“Our visit to the showroom was very informative as Marina was very good in demonstrating and talking us through everything. We were not hurried or hassled to buy a scooter although with Marina's advice, chose the best suited scooter for me.”

“I was in the Battlefield Road store in Glasgow looking for a mobility scooter and I was very nervous and quite emotional to be at this stage of my multiple sclerosis but my anxieties were very quickly eased when we met the sales advisor, Pauline Rush. Pauline explained everything so well to my husband and I and I left the store feeling so much better about everything and with having ordered a lovely mobility scooter which should be with us Wednesday/Thursday. Thank you Pauline x”

“We went into the showroom looking for a mobility scooter but the one we were looking at was to small so we were looking around when one of the sales people came and chatted with us and explained everything in detail and when we left with our purchase we knew we had the right choice. Also they said 3-4 days delivery time but it arrived 24 hours later which was very surprising. Thanks CareCo”

“The lads Dale & Stuart. Came to our house this morning were polite and helpful nothing was too much trouble for them. Set our chairs up for us and put them were we wanted them. Took all the packaging away. And then made sure we knew how to work our new chairs. Thank you so much. Dot &Phil.”

“My husband needed a more supportive recliner but was somewhat resistant to the idea! We met Lauren at the Canterbury outlet and she was just brilliant, she was not “pushy” at all but down to earth with excellent advice. Several chairs were tried and one (actually two in the end!!) were bought, we now await delivery. Thanks so much Lauren”
