“Exceptional Service in the showroom in Hull. Louise was great at explaining the differences between the scooters we were looking at. No pressure and even got a 'cuppa' and a biscuit. Great speedy delivery next day also with no hassle. Thank you CareCo.”

“I placed an order for my mum fully expecting to have to wat a while but to my surprise within an hour i got a call to discuss and explain an offer i'd missed. This saved me money and got me a better solution for Mum. The next day it arrived too! Amazing caring service and i cant recommend CareCo enough.”

“Delighted with their service. The scooter I wanted was out of stock initially and they communicated delays to me promptly via email and then delivered my new scooter sooner than I originally thought. It was setup by Kevin just last week and am thrilled with it. Thank you CareCo”

“Had a great phone call conversation with Will about which scooter to purchase for my mother with a bad hip. He was patient with my questions and gave me the best choice for our needs. Spoilt for choice but great communication and pricing budget narrowed it down to what we needed. Also getting very speedy delivery which is great.”

“Wrote a review about Foldalite powered wheelchair,which has served me well.Having a hoist fitted to car as husband is struggling.Ordered the Foldalite Trekker on 5thNov.The wrong chair was delivered.It was picked up the next day.My new chair hasn't been delivered despite numerous phone calls,have spoken to 7 members of staff,all say they will phone back with delivery date.NO ONE EVER PHONES BACK.I am out of pocket,and feel totally exhausted.My health is suffering Please stop treating customers like dirt.If everybody stopped shopping with Careco,you would all be out of work.”

“Havre now bought several 2 walkers from CareCo. One for shopping and one with a seat which I use for holidays days out etc, always have some where to sit when out and about. Excellent service, order one day, delivered the next! I’m very happy with mine!”

“I saw Andrew in The Croydon branch on Saturday. He originally comes from Brighton. He was brilliant, kind and helpful. Very genuine man. He helped me with my Victory scooter and I’m awaiting an engineer as I type! I rate him 5 stars.”

“Arrived with in-laws to initially scope extensive mobility equipment i.e recliner chairs, beds, etc. Advisors were not the typical pushy salespeople but happily left us to try out the recliners etc but were on hand to answer all of our questions however silly. Following great advice, my in-laws purchased 2 recliners. Andrew Scales, the manager together with Chloe Richards, Mobility Sales Advisor gave all payment options and aftercare advice. Again no pressure to purchase until 100% sure. Follow-up with jointly agreed on after-sales phone calls to confirm delivery and the purchase was what was exactly wanted. PS aftercare service gave contact numbers of other companies on how to dispose of old sofa. Excellent customer service throughout ....in-laws already have said will be returning to purchase a mobility double bed.”

“I bought a walking stick with an integral torch and alarm to give my recently widowed mother the confidence to go out in the dark on her own. It arrived very promptly and I was amazed by the quality. The light is very bright and the alarm will alert neighbours. My mother was so thrilled that she immediately booked onto a theatre outing.”
