“Our first visit to CareCo Bristol was very pleasant. Joanne (Jo) welcomed us in a friendly warm manner. We perused the excellent and well appointed showroom and on us seeking further information we were promptly assisted by Jo. Jo has a very comprehensive product knowledge and a friendly, empathetic approach. Her patience and advice culminated in a purchase which was carefully considered and efficiently processed. Now we await the product. Thank You”

“From the moment I stepped into the showroom paige llewellyn greated me and made me feel welcome. she had great knowledge of the products and helped me choose the appropriate equipment. Thoroughly explained thier delivery and returns policy. Even though the Warrington branch is an hour and half drive from my home it was well worth the drive out to see the products first hand. “The service my wife and I received on all three visits to the Brighton branch was fantastic. Nothing was much bother in helping us get the suit we wanted/needed. We were served by Vicky. who was very attentive, very courteous and very patient, a credit to the company”

“First time purchase of a wheelchair with no idea of what would be suitable. Lisa, in the Newcastle store was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. After finding out our requirements she guided us to the most suitable chair. Very impressed with the service.”
