“Took my 87yr old Aunt to the sompting branch for a reading lamp and Joan couldn’t be more helpful.Unfortunately didn’t have the lamp in stock but will post it using DPD.We we’re told three to five days for delivery.Delivered the next working day at 10.45am Exactly 24hrs after walking in the shop.Excellent service from careco and DPD.Please don’t change your delivery options as we all know what Royal Mail are like.Many Thanks for once again for the fantastic service.”

“Enquired on a Thursday afternoon about some equipment needed urgently for my wife coming out of hospital on a Saturday. Delivery arrived on time by a very helpful 2 man team for the riser chair, the products they recommended are brilliant quality and just the job, couldn’t recommend enough.”

“Absolutely top drawer experience. My wife came out of hospital on Saturday morning and her reclining chair and wheelchair arrived in the afternoon and very reasonably priced I must say. Can't recommend highly enough.”
