“CareCo are fine taking orders but not so good sorting faults. I had a Evo Suspension Rollator delivered on 26.4.23 bought specifically for my 1 week holiday in woodland, on the 2nd day of my holiday the left suspension broke making it useless, my son did a 3 hour journey to bring my old one. After 2 very long phone calls I was asked to box up in original box and DPD would collect, so far so good. On return I noted the engineers report stated owner error, which I emailed to query as to how this could be so, and the emails are still continuing and just get worse! Yesterday 13th July I was told that I spoke to Callum on 5/7 and was told it was the start knob not being tightened- there is no start knob on rollator, today I've been told that an engineer was sent out!! I've asked for CEO email as this is really stressing me out and I've no confidence now in the product or company”

“Took my mother to the Sheffield store Amanda couldn't have been more helpful, excellent service, excellent care. Just cant praise her enough. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the items and the prices were very competative. Amanda thankyou for your care, expertise and patience”

“We visited the store in Brentwood and was served by Gillian. Even though we had bought a mobility scooter elsewhere they were extremely helpful with advice and in ordering a new battery pack for the scooter. The pack was delivered to them in a couple of days and they fitted it to my scooter. Gillian was so helpful and we will certainly go there again and would recommend them to family and friends.”
