“Have used CP4L many times before but with courier delivery. I have never used the click and collect before, I, therefore, didn't expect to be charged £1.99 collection charge when I had to travel 15 miles to get to the store. The item was ready when I arrived and boxed securely although it was not easy to find, a map would have been helpful.”

“Good service. Right parts delivered. Pity about having to to spend £30 for free delivery as it used to be only 15. This means if the items are the same price on Amazon you g et t it’s free delivery no matter the spend.”

“I always check Carparts4less after looking at eurocarparts and again I found the cost of the parts were cheaper at CP4L. I would give 5 stars but I do wonder why CP4L have to charge a collection charge as the item is collected from eurocarparts which costs CP4L nothing extra, plus this cost has to be factored into the price difference between the two. Also the CP4L website does not seem to show/store as many makes and models of vehicle (eg FIAT Ducato is not listed or searchable) meaning that I also end up doing a cross reference on the part numbers.”

“Not too bad a price (in comparison) for my purchase. This included free delivery although I would have preferred (would have been easier) to collect but would have been charged for this. No communication on when items to be delivered , luckily someone was in to receive.”

“Great prices - great delivery time- I wondered about the two rear screen wipers being the same number as my wife's car is a little FORD Ka whilst mine is a Citroen C5 estate but mine is actually too long by about an inch! Get the hacksaw out!”

“One part of the order i found at half the price somewhere else (same part manufacturer), no problem got a refund on collection, one other part was not listed correctly, same thing, put back got a refund, the rest of the rider was all good and customer service was excellent.”

“This mirror (Product Code: 489110530) was excellent quality & fitted perfectly however the description says 'gloss black' which is not correct. The gloss black equivalent is Product Code: 489112160 which does not say so in the description. Please correct your descriptions. Also, I don't understand why one costs nearly £400 whereas the other is less than £200.”
