“Unfortunately the computer programme designed to identify the correct battery to fit your car on the website selected batteries that would not fit under the bonnet and caused some minor damage to the underside of the bonnet when attempting to close it. All batteries selected by the computer were at least 20mm too high. Fortunately the sales assistant spent time investigating and found one that fit. Well done to him for saving the day. Real people 1 V A.I. computers 0.”

“Parts were great, as always, only one issue - I ordered online to collect in 48 hours. I called after 72 hours to confirm that the parts had arrived and were ready for collection only to be misinformed that it would take more than a week to arrive. The parts were ready within an hour of ordering and so I eventually managed to collect them 5 days after arranged date.”

“The exhaust I ordered ordered was reasonably priced and available next day by click and collect. Regrettably, although the branch was showing as having two of the exhaust clamps I ordered in stock, the one they supplied was the wrong size, and despite a search if the warehouse, none could be found. I therefore had to return a couple if days later to receive the correct part, which was not ideal.”

“Great competitive prices but the collection process has always been very slow. ( EUROCARPARTS Chester branch) There is only one person to deal with the front counter and if there are 1 or 2 people in the queue it takes an age. It is not the person servings fault, there needs to be at least 2, even if it is one to do the picking so the other can deal with the customers.”

“Easy to order as you enter the registration of the car so you have a good idea you are getting the part you need. Used click and collect but could have had them delivered. All parts fit and good job done, service at counter was good not to much waiting for the parts.”
