“Great product at a great price. Unfortunately, one of the Bosch Spark Plugs was manufactured in Russia which put a bad taste in my mouth, otherwise, it would have been 5 stars!”

“Excellent price and a quality air filter...i would give 5 stars except for the fact that the parcel was left in the ground floor reception area instead of being delivered to my door.I was lucky the parcel was not taken.”

“Great prices, although as always it's a juggling act with prices and current discounts between CP4L & ECP (an obvious partner/alias of CP4L) - however... I needed this part quickly and in seeking to purchase with urgent or DPD next day delivery as advertised on the site, found that this was not available, so elected to collect next day (from EuroCarParts). Whilst inconvenient I was very disappointed to then be charged a £1.99 "collection fee"; perhaps understandable if the item is not in stock and has to be transferred from stock to store next working day (so why should one pay for time and petrol to drive to the store when to-your-door delivery is £3.95 / next day £5.95 ?), but then to find that this fee is charged even if the items are already in stock at the collection store was unjustifiable - if I turned up and purchased over counter there is not a fee, so the £1.99 is merely to "reserve" the item prior to collection....”

“As always impressed with price discounts from car parts 4 less, also collection same day as opposed to having to wait for it to be delivered. Only bit I don't understand is having to pay £1.99 to collect it from the nearest shop counter 🤷‍♂️”

“Quality products at competitive prices. Free delivery UK but be aware that a charge for click and collect is added to the bill only noticed once I had checked out. I am not aware of any other online retailer that I use who charges me to collect it myself. Even the counter staff could not understand or explain why the charge is there . Will not use this option again”
