“Incorrect item sent, but phone response was rapid, Ingrid T. then got involved & problem solved. The correct item then received 2 days later. If mistakes are made continue resolving them quickly as you did this time 5* H J Hogg.”

“It would have been five stars but unfortunately the fuel filter didn't fit and when asking customer support they said it was the only one listed yet I have had the correct one many times before from car parts for less that aside still great value for money and prompt delivery”

“Great value and service. Introducing collection fee will absolutely bad idea. Cost of travel+parking fees if applied and collection fee makes part expensive compare to other suppliers. I hope this will be reviewed.”

“Prices are good, better than the big blue oval, by whom these are owned. Four stars as they do not talk about a collection charge until you get to the paying stage which seems a dodgy practice. Same goods as their parent company though.”
